Avoid this place. If you hang up on your customers, you don't deserve to own a business.

On dec 31 I ordened a sparkling wine that never arrived. I specifically indicated that the delivery guy called "fabio m." from postmates should meet me outside my door, I never saw him there or anywhere around the apartment homes where I live. I reported the issue through the app that same night and called next morning to the liquor store and postmates to get my refund of $17.17. Haven't received my money to this day. Awful first and last experience with Happy's liquor and postmates.

So July 4th 2017 I was playing Fallout: New Vegas. This was my first play through. Anyone that works and goes to school, knows that on the holidays that you are off from both work and school you tend to remember vividly.I came in and bought a 6 pack of Goose Island IPA. I don't remember the specific amount but for accuracy purposes a 6-pack runs you around $11.50 after Tax+ CRV. So the cashier says $11.50 is my total and I pay with my credit card. Navy Federal Credit Union released the text notifications around this time and I signed up for them. I received a text saying $12.00 at Happy's Liquor. I brought it up to the cashiers attention, at this tike it was the dude with the pony tail. He says that there was a $.50 charge for credit card, although there was no sign around. I informed him to just put up a sign as a heads up for anyone that uses a credit card. Keep in mind this was 3 years ago. It has still gone on throughout this time. Guys, I hate Karens, I really do. But Statistics was my strong suit in undergrad. I drink Bud Lights 90% of the time. They run you at $6 for a 3-pack of 25oz cans. Those $.50 are 8% of the $6 total, on top of the 9.25% tax rate not including CRV. The total was around $7.25. It was cheaper for me to buy the same 3-pack at 7-11 down the street. If they had just posted a sign stating there would be a $.50 charge for credit card use I wouldn't be posting this.I was just here not too long ago which is why I decided to post this.

This is an old liquor store with new owners. They have all basic essentials that liquor stores carry but what stands out the most is their low beer prices! They cater to the raza in my neighborhood in terms of knowing what beer they drink. So you know budweiser and bud light are their HUGE mark down selling points. But they got plenty of beer that my age group enjoy; IPA, wheat beers etc. The new owners are friendly and remember their customers. DAAAAAMN YO and they even carry Thriftys ice cream! I live right down the street from this liquor store so I'm constantly walking over a block now for Blunts, beer, munchies and that Coconut pineapple double scoop ice cream!
