Fantastic food and atmosphere. I tried this place out-of-the-blue with my family when we were in Fountain Valley today. We ordered Chicken Bowls, Chicken Wrap, and some fries. The food was fresh and high quality. Portion size was really good for the price; for reference, my $13 chicken bowl was tough to finish in one sitting as a 5'10 170lb guy. We dined in and I really appreciate that the owners play soft jazz instead of blaring loud music like most other places. Special thanks to Amir for his kind and welcoming service. We'll definetly be back next time we're in FV.

If you want delicious and authentic Turkish food, look no further as Halologlu is serving exactly that in Fountain Valley! They have a large menu serving up kebabs, wraps, sandwiches, and bowls. Everything is made fresh to order and service is friendly and welcoming.I ordered the beef & lamb baguette recently for lunch and it was delicious! It was packed full of seasoned meat and mixed with the fresh vegetables, it was filling! They definitely give you your money's worth when it comes to portions. I also recommend their bowls and wraps which will leave you feeling satisfied. The interior is clean and well-lit and there's some tables available for seating but not a lot and I recommend taking your food to go. Parking is also easy to find in the lot. I highly recommend coming here if you are a fan of Turkish or Mediterranean food, you will love it!

I am so glad this restaurant exists. Delicious food, and authentic Turkish favorites that you will not find in generic "Mediterranean" restaurants. Ordering was simple and service was very fast, and very friendly. I get the impression that they work hard here to give people a great experience. The interior design is somewhat minimal or even industrial, with concrete flooring, but there are always tables and chairs available, and a great selection of foods to go and to take with you.

Service was 10/10 thank you!Fatima was very welcoming and really took the time to explain each item considering it was a first time visit. She gave details and made suggestions, and a lovely Turkish tea and pastry to enjoy while waiting on the order to go. Food was incredible freshly made to order and bursting with flavors. I tried the lentil and will definitely be ordering it on the next visit because wow!Very clean and cozy. Enjoy!

I love trying new foods and have been on a foodie journey trying as many Lebanese/ Middle Eastern/ Mediterranean eats as I can in the area and this one did not disappoint!First of all, the service! The owner here helped us and was so friendly and patient with us since it was our first time. He even surprised us with samples of the chicken and rice soup and it was so flavorful and cozy with the homemade vibes. I loved it! Food: we ordered the shrimp and beef/lamb wrap and although both were delicious and packed with proteins, I have to say the beef/lamb had to be my fav if I could only choose one. The portions are HUGE and you can def share one wrap. Lastly with the Dubai chocolate craze, I wanted to try the inspo for it with the traditional Kunefe dessert. The portion was too big for me and it was only me and my fiancé so he was kind enough to create a special smaller order for a special price to try. Made to order it was crispy and hot with empty cheese and a surprisingly not too sweet but yummy syrup to pour. We loved our meal here and wish there was a closer location. Def worth a try!

If you live in OC and have never had Turkish food, get here ASAP! I got the Tantuni beef wrap and it was delicious. I could have eaten a second one right then and there. The meat is fresh and flavorful, the veggies bring a nice acidic crisp and the wrap is nice and soft. The owner is very friendly and takes care of all of his customers. Highly recommend coming here!

We were craving Turkish food so we decided to make the trek out to try this place. It's a casual eatery with a few tables. If you are a large party, I would suggest ordering takeout instead. We ordered:Lentil soup - a nice way to start the meal and warm up your stomach for feasting! It's smooth, creamy, and delicious!Beef baguette - our favorite item! Tender cuts of beef with salad and amazing sauce. The beef was juicy and had a slight kick of spice to it. The baguette was fresh and soft, not the type that cuts the roof of your mouth. Beef & lamb bowl - my kids loved this the most. 2 large kabobs of flavorful meat over rice and salad. They gobbled this up - toddler approved! I also loved the flavor of the meat as well, almost like it had blue cheese in it. Ayran - Yogurt drink - it's perfect for washing down spicy foods and also great for digestion after eating too much! It's a staple when we eat Turkish food. They also have complimentary black tea available in the canisters which is a huge plus to drink with your meal.Kunefe - our favorite dessert. It's a crunchy noodle pastry with cheese, sweet syrup, and toasted pistachios. The perfect way to end a meal. The owner was so sweet and gave us recommendations and also gave us some food for our hungry kids while we were waiting. He also turned on cartoons for the kids to watch, since they were getting a little crazy. All of the food was freshly made, with the right amount of spice, and delicious. The food is authentic and delicious on its own, not overly disguised with sauce like the more Americanized places. The portions were generous and prices were on point for the quality of food. Highly recommend this place. We will be back to try the other dishes.
