The place - In a very busy mini mall where parking is sometimes impossible but usually eases up after 8 pm except Friday and Saturday. It can be disastrous when you're picking up food and no place to park. It used to be an Arby's with a drive through lane. It smells great as you drive by and pull up to it. The vibe: It's fast food, and not always so clean inside but it varies depending on on who was there before (kids, homeless people, large groups). I always do take out, and appreciate the waiting area has chairs, and it's an open kitchen so you can see the cooks do their thing. I find the Costa Mesa and the Irvine location near Wal Mart more inviting eat in. Service: The cashiers multi task, so it's sometimes faster to go on the self serve screen to order but I prefer to have a face to face contact to order. I no longer phone in or order on the app because I've sometimes not been able to find a parking spot and had to wait for someone at the Sushi restaurant to leave. By then my food was cold. Since items are cooked to order going through the drive through can be particularly long especially if there is an event like at Tustin High School and converge here.The food: Love it. Love charred burgers with their lettuce and tomato and sauce. Love the onion rings with or without ranch. French Fries, chicken sandwiches, and salads are good, too. Like others have said, this is the best tasting burger next to In N Out which is even busier. Overall - Having been a customer the past few years, if you pick the right time to go, all is well and the food is great. On piece of advice - Always check your order before you leave so if they forget something, they can correct it then.,

Today we decided to try this location for drive thru access.They got our orders wrong (both), charged us for bacon but it wasn't there, meat was pink inside and drenched with mayonnaise.Absolutely disgusting, we threw it away after a bite.

Our office loves the Habit, the food is great! I would just go to another location as we've had more negative than positive experiences at this location. We've tried to place a large order with them several times. First of all, there is not an easy way to place a large order. We tried to call it in and were told they don't take orders over $100. We asked if we could split the order up as it was just slightly over $100 (about $120), we were told no. And that we'd just have to place the order at the location. The wait time for orders in person seems longer than other locations even though they don't seem that busy.Now they have an online ordering option which we tried. Even though the website is very specific about what you order, out of our 9 orders of burgers/sandwiches and fries, they got 3 wrong. They added bacon to 2 orders that didn't request it and they totally forgot one burger. Everything is printed on the receipt and straight off the website so I don't understand why they can't get the order right. It's not like someone misunderstood the order.I usually go to the Irvine location and they have never gotten my order wrong. It's a shame this location can't seem to organize or train their staff better as I see other reviews comment on wrong orders. We would really love to order from them more as they are very close to us, but we've learned our lesson that they aren't very service oriented or competent with orders.

One of my favorite burger joints! Started in Santa Barbara in 1969. They offer so much more than just burgers though. There's chicken, fish, a veggie burger, and salads. Large selection of sides too from the classic French fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and tempura green beans. All of them are so good! You can even get a 1/2 & 1/2 order of two sides. My usual is the thick and juicy charburger with their grilled caramelized onions. They have a new limited time Grown-Up Meal which gives you a full size burger, 1/2 portion of fries, a regular drink, and a mini burger gummy candy for dessert. I will be ordering this meal for as long as they have it! Everything here is super fresh, super delicious, and super filling! Can't wait for my next one!

Food is great... if you get all the items you ask for. We've tried this location multiple times but each time they've forgotten at least one item. Whether it be drinks, sauces, sides, etc., there's always something they've messed up.I get that they're busy but I'm sorry, I shouldn't have to check my bag before leaving the drive thru to avoid the disappointment that part of my order is missing.

The voice box in drive thru sounds muffled and the lady got my order wrong. when I got to the window I confirmed my order with the guy working the window and corrected it. However the manager needed to clear it in the system which took longer and yes they ask for tip. Which I don't do for fast food. The burger was sloppy and not that great l. The fries were warm and tasted kinda like freezer burn.

FOOD IS SO GOODDDDD!! the food is delicious, but the reason it lost one star is the wait time. i've always gonna in the drive thru, and it takes like 20-30 mins every time, but in my opinion it's worth it. the burgers are perfect and fries are delicious!
