Their onions rings and burger are both really good. I like that I can customize my burger and I like their condiment bar with 3 types of peppers. Price has increased over the years but it's pretty much on par with other restaurants nowadays due to the price of labor, rent, and quality ingredients. Overall friendly service, easy parking, and plenty of seating indoors and out.

My co-workers raved about hamburgers here so therefore, here I am writing this review. 50/50 coming back. I'd rather eat at Apollo Burger in Garden Grove. 2/5 stars for Charburger. It was small, no flavor with lettuces and 1 slice of tomato First time trying and probably last. 2/5 stars for French Fries. It felt like old fries and did not taste fresh at all. The inside is very spacious and clean. Staff was cordial. I LOVE the peppers/jalepenos bar. That's probably the best part of the Habit experience. : )Parking - it's inside the big Culver shopping plaza so plenty of parking, especially at night.

"Tuesday evenings at this establishment are a masterclass in operational incompetence. To call the arrival process 'bad' is akin to describing a nuclear detonation as a 'slight disturbance.' It's an apocalyptic level of disorganization. Clearly, the staff are either woefully undertrained or actively sabotaging the customer experience. One suspects a bizarre performance art piece designed to test the limits of human patience. 'Multi-tasking' is apparently a foreign concept, a mythical skill lost to the ages within these walls. An hour. A full, agonizing hour, was squandered waiting for a simple order. An hour that could have been spent engaging in literally any other activity - staring at paint drying, listening to a dial-up modem connect, contemplating the existential dread of sentient dust bunnies - would have been a more fulfilling use of time. Avoid this place on Tuesdays, or any day, unless you have a masochistic desire to witness the absolute nadir of customer service."

I've been to only two, but what I found was a clean, well operated, pleasant staff place. I always get the hamburger with avocado on sourdough bread.Great price for a well stacked burger and ambiance. Spent a little more than a fast burger chain, but well worth it.

tl,dr: overpriced commodity.I came here just to buy a bottled drink. Unfortunately their only option was a water bottle which cost around $3.50. I'm disappointed in the lack of options and the exorbitance of their only option of the one thing I needed. I believe other fast food chains would at least have an apple juice or OJ as an alternative.Likes:+ Straightforward, informative service.+ Numerous parking lot entrances/exits. Makes for very smooth traffic flow.

I went in person on 2/21 at 6:30pm and ordered burgers, onion rings and salad to go. When I opened the salad box at home, a cockroach was moving around in it and ran out on top of the kitchen counter (pic attached). I've been to this location before but now I am not going to go back anymore. More effort needs to be put into keeping the kitchen and food clean.
