Very simple and unassuming butcher shop. I have been coming here for many years and they never disappoint delivering high-quality meats for those special occasion meals. If you need a unconventional cut, they'll hook you up! Lamb, poultry and beef, no pork. I try to get their fresh chickens, that i believe, come in every Thursday or Friday.

Good slabs of meat! Fresh cut T bones and porterhouse. Also picked up some beef ribs for next week that will be frozen. I really liked that he asked when we were planning on eating everything and he packed up my ribs so they will be fresh and delicious when we eat them next week

Freakin love this place... 100% this is some of the best quality meat, that I have bought and it's cut right in front of you.. the gentle men have great service! If you're looking for good meat, this is the place, hands down!

RibEye Steaks are dry-aged and tender ...Bill the butcher is knowledgeable....just give him your specifics, when you're planning to cook and he will do the rest.

I went in to the shop today with sort of an odd special request and Bill was totally accommodating and helpful. I will be returning for their beautifully dry aged steaks very soon. Thank you so much, Bill.

I may have gotten a bad selection but the meat is comparable to select graded steaks, nowhere near prime like the price suggests. I cooked the steaks (Bone-in Ribeye) at a medium rare, and i was surprised at how tough and cheery it was. A lot of gristle, was not a $30 piece of ribeye. I'll be giving them another shot.
