Super cool how they're representing a ghost kitchen. Great fast service and super easy to order at the kiosk and then wait a bit for pickup. With other restaurants you can order to go from, you can get the best of both worlds of trying different cuisines and not have to have a hard time figuring out what to eat.- Chicken Diablo Burger: great sauce and could taste somewhat of the chicken seasoning. - Zucchini Fries: crispy and definitely made to order, highly recommend - Sweet Potato Fries: you can't go wrong with this classic. they have a side ranch sauce.

Very interesting set up, there are 8 different restaurants you can order from on a single kiosk.There is a loud ai voice explaining how to order constantly which is pretty annoying.The menu prices also have nothing to do with what they actually charge. The menu said $6.99 but they actual charged me $10 and then an extra $5 for a double patty so, while I did order an extra patty I ended up paying a bit more than double the menu price. Also standard burger appears to be well done, lacks salt but is good overall

Late night, qualityass food in Irvine of all places lolFood did take awhile, but you know it's fresh! Pickup in the back, not the front.Zucchini fries were very tasty and well seasoned. Not too much breading and zucchini was nice and tender!Cheeseburger was solid!! Heft, and the sesame seed bun was a nice touch.Tuna melt seemed to have more weight than the cheeseburger. I was very satisfied with this as it was really enjoyable through and through. Not too mayo-y, pickles cut through any heaviness, and the tuna salad wasn't dry!$32 for everything? Idr but I'd def come again cuz they got chili and falafel! Something for everyone even in the middle of the night :)

Ok we drive to this place thinking it's a drive thru spot. Got there and we are in a business plaza? My boyfriend went inside and came back. It is located in one of those places that has a few different restaurants and I think door dashers pick it up from here instead of having to go to like five different spots? The service was quick and friendly for Gourmet burger and there was a place that sold sugar cane drinks so we got those from that spot. Burgers are nice but not like, gourmet gourmet, they were adequate. The ambience was alright but I don't think there's seating in there.

Worst and driest burger of my life. Really wasted $20 on ubereats for this. I get the concept of ghost kitchens but just don't sell food if you cant cook. Benefits no one. I could buy ir cook on my own, actual delicious burgers for this price

You can see my other reviews about restaurants. I never once left a bad review. But come on now, this place in the bottom 3 burgers I ever had. The place is very smelly and not clean. 2 hours after I ate I didn't feel good at all. Horrible cold burger and food poisoning ain't what I was looking to get after I paid $12 for a single Sandwich.

Bought 2 chili cheese fries. No cheese in either of them. Also, no - the cheese was not underneath the chili. There was no cheese in either one. This was not my first time at this restaurant, but my 3rd time. Every time has been equally disappointing and I've really wanted to like this spot b/c halal burgers are usually pretty good and have a distinct taste from non-halal burgers. Maybe it was just a bad day 3 times in a row. But 3 disappointments in a row is enough for me.

Really great burgers w/ great sauce! Fries were also so good! When you get there look for a sign that says "Smart Kitchen." When you go inside, they will have the gourmet burger menu and also menus from 7 other places. This location is more for take-out than dine-in. Gourmet burger is amazing and eating at this location was a fun experience

horrible! cold/reheated patties!cold buns!2nd time we tried this place!gave it a chance!horrible! go to Mc Donald's instead!
