I had to use some freaking detective skills to find this place from the information available on the bag. The city of origin Santa Ana, CA and the phone number match up and they seem to be a bakery. Not sure what happened to the Good 'N Fresh Bakery listed as well but I'm sure its just something about marketing. I still don't even know the real name of this bread is. Every time I try to explain it someone it always comes out something like pita bread in a bag with "arabic bread" and some arabic language characters written across the front. All I do know is this bread heated in the toaster oven just enough to reactivate the flavors and chewyness and add in some hummus are the perfect snack for for just chilling out and munching.

Their pita bread is the best around. It reminds me of being a kid. My grandma always had this pita bread. We called it Syrian bread at that time. Does anyone know where to buy it in Santa Clarita/Valencia?

Consistently Good.If you are looking for authentic tasting pita, this is it. Sold as "Arabic Bread". The biggest challenge to baking correctly is the double heat, from both top and bottom simultaneously. If done correctly, the pita can be cut, then the center opened. This only happens if the heat makes the bread expand in the oven, and cook from inside with steam. When it fails to do this, you cant open to stuff with ingredients. I held off on my review until I had purchased over a couple of months. EVERY TIME, every loaf opened perfectly. In commercial baking, heck, in commercial cooking such consistency is the goal to achieve. This doesn't happen by accident. Tip of the hat to the bakers here, they deserve it!

Hi - wanted to see if you can share what the correct address for the Goglanian Bakeies? I could find it with the listed address of 3730 S Susan, Santa Ana. Their number listed 714-444-3500 is also disconnected. Thanks!

I moved from California 6 years ago and have not been able to find the quality of this bread since. My in laws sent me a box for Ramadan filled with packages of the pita and it was like receiving a package of gold. My children and I have missed this bread so much and it will now allow us to eat the dishes we were used too. Greatest bread ever!
