This place deserves the 5 star rating it has! A locally owned, house made ice cream is fantastic. The service was great with the owner running the shop and enthusiastic to help you out. Offering dairy, gluten free and vegan options you can't go wrong with dietary restrictions. All the ice creams are made with fresh ingredients and you can taste it. Plenty of parking too which is half the battle in LA. I got the rose petal and Cookie Monster. I love rose flavored food and this had actual rose petals in it, don't knock it till you try it! Definitely needed the Cookie Monster to help balance the flavor as it's is rich after two or three bites. Give it a shot it won't disappoint!

It's nice to have a tasty ice cream parlor in the neighborhood. The old Stater Bros. plaza has been revamped with newly remodeled Northgate supermarket as the anchor store and the rest of the plaza got a fresh facelift, including new stores such as Givo Ice Cream. The brother/sister shop definitely is a good hit as they serve up unique flavors of freshly churned ice cream with real fresh fruits. The diverse offering of flavors will satisfy everyone's palate. Definite to try is the choco-banana, the apple pie cinamon, or the rose water flavored ice cream. This will be my regular stop wheneve I'm in the neighborhood.

OMG BOMBBB!!! I highly recommend coming and giving this place a try!!! The owner Tivo is a wonderful person and treated us like family!!! He was really nice, welcoming and very helpful!! I got a paleta de coco and it was BUSSINNN!!! It had real coconut in it!! You need to give this place a try and support this wonderful business! 5 STARSSSSSS!!!!!

My husband and I stopped here for dessert and it was the best choice! It's nice and clean inside and the owners are so kind and helpful which made the experience great! They gave us so many samples to try and all the flavors were amazing I got the tamarindo and passion fruit and they were both so good and tasted like the real fruit, they were so natural in flavor! They even offered to add chamoy and Tajín which of course I can't say no to. My husband tried the chongo flavor and it was delicious! I can't wait to come back and try more flavors and paletas!

Really like this place, lots of flavors to try and they are all good that I tried so far, customer service was outstanding. Team member was very nice and helpful. Def worth trying. Ps any flavor ice cream can be made into a shake , we made a Chongos\pasta/condensed milk l, which was like horchata or cinnamon ice cream. Inside was nice. But very basic I would add some descriptions or pictures.

Wow! Absolutely loved the ice cream and the service. We were greeted, offered samples and loved every flavor! Perfectly creamy and not overly sweet. Realmente tiene sabor mexicano. Seguro regresaremos muy pronto. Highly recommend.
