Ginkgo Chung Chun

Very nice owners! Ordered the Chicken Katsu, tuna kimbap and the crunchy shrimp roll. Everything was delicious. The amount of katsu that comes with the order was alot but I didn't mind because it's so good. None of the food felt heavy and I was craving more.They also serve boba drinks but I didn't get any.I'll have to come back to try their corn dogs.Please come out and support this mom and pop place!

The corn dogs are pretty good! Corn dog places these days can be hit or miss with their corn dogs. The mozzarella and cheddar cheese is one that I have only seen at this one so far, and it is such a comforting treat! It was perfectly melty and the batter was fully cooked through (as it should be). Teokbokki also is classic here! They have other goodies like katsu and kimbap but I have yet to try those. Their smoothies w/ boba are also good/fresh. The watermelon slush/smoothie has been one of my go tos when I'm in the area since it has been so hot. Would recommend if you're in this plaza doing your grocery shopping at 99 and you're in need of a snack!

I absolutely loved everything. Been seeing these corn dogs on Tik tok in mukbangs. I of course had to see for myself. Try the hot Cheeto rice corn dogs. Half mozzarella and half sausage. Good cheese pull. Kimbap had egg and spam was fairly priced clandestine the cost of eggs, I only paid $9.99 for the roll off of DoorDash.

This was my first time trying a Korean Corn Dog place. Funny enough, the batter is not from corn flour, but rice flour. But, I get the reference so we have familiarity with what we're expecting. This adorable counter-service restaurant is run and owned by a very nice Korean couple, with the wife at the front of the house and the husband doing the cooking. They both help with drinks. I didn't see other staff but we came by later on a Wednesday. There was a short line and service was reasonably quick. The food was great! My Korean Potato Rice Flour Sausage Dog was nice and crunchy, the dough was more bouncy and stretchy because it's rice. This added a nice contrast to the yummy crunch of the potatoes. The sausage was savory but not salty. The spicy mayo is a must if you want a little fire, which is what you get! My son said the Spam musubi was pretty good, above what he expected, and the helping of rice was generous. He did say that the nori wrap was more than he has seen from other places and that added well to the umami flavor. My daughter had the spicy Korean half and half potato rice dog, which is half cheese and half hot dog. it looks pretty much the same, but has that string cheesy experience. She pretty much devoured that. We also ordered a few of the fruit and Boba drinks and they were pretty good. Generous helping of Boba and the taro milk, tea, and my mango green tea was perfectly refreshing. If you are into BTS, they have a little promotion going to celebrate 11 years of BTS, where you can get a free BTS photo card with your order, which they promoted on TikTok. That's a limited offer while they still have cards left and you do have to mention it or ask for the photo cards.

One of the BEST cheese pulls in every bite! Not to mention the perfect crunchy exterior. Do not be deceived these fellas are not small. I ordered two I was stuffed after one. And don't be shy with the sauces there's so many different options you have to experiment.Heads up the parking lot is busy, so you finding close parking isn't easy, but the extra steps helps burn the calories you're about to consume. Totally worth it!

Chung Chun specializes in Korean rice hot dogs and Korean street food. Tucked in a shopping center off Euclid Street in Anaheim, their menu features everything from tteokbokki, kimbap, katsu, rice hot dogs, sides to drinks. We visited on a Sunday and didn't see anyone behind the counter. There was however a kiosk setup on the counter to make ordering seamless.I ordered the pork katsu which included a salad, rice and pickled vegetables. The katsu was perfectly crispy and delicious, and I also appreciated the serving size. We also ordered the Cheddar Mozzarella rice hot dog for our daughter. The photo on the menu depicted an actual hot dog inside, but ours did not include one. We shared this with the staff and they apologized...then they went above and beyond by preparing another hot dog for no additional charge. How about that!

Didn't get to try the katsu dishes here, but stopped by for a late-night corn dog and tteokboki run. I came in around 8:30 on a Sunday and was slightly worried I'd be turned away considering it was close to closing, but the nice ajumma at the counter cheerfully took the order.Food: Korean cheese corndogs aren't as uncommon as they used to be, but even so this is one of the best I've had. The flavors are all standard, but the mochi coating must've been fried to perfection because the texture was perfectly balanced between crunchy and chewy. That paired with a cheese pull that went on for a good minute? I was in heaven. There is no doubt that it was fresh.Unfortunately, the tteokboki was too spicy for me. I can usually tolerate a moderate amount of spice so when I saw the deep red color of the soup I wasn't too intimidated. However, after only a couple bites, I knew I had miscalculated I'm sure it's perfectly delicious for others and I'm humble enough to admit that I probably needed to add cheese and other cooling agents to it. But don't let that stop you! I also hope to try their katsu if I ever go back.

Very clean, welcoming, and delicious spot. Came here to go to Disneyland, came out a ginkgo fan. The ingredients were so fresh for the chicken katsu and the the sushi roll was better than the world renown sugarfish. The best thing about this place was the service. The older lady helping us was the sweetest most personable person I've met here in California. Would definitely come back when I'm in Anaheim area!!

Chung Chun just opened in Anaheim, and it's now my favorite spot! I has the viral Korean hot dogs which had been in my list for a long time. And I loved the surprise drink with the cute keychain. (I asked to choose the keychain I wanted actually but the restaurant was happy about it.) Totally recommend for Korean/Japanese style home food! The food was very delicious!

The lady working there was really sweet. The tteokbokki was very spicy though and I've never seen it that red before at any other places lol. You can order through the kiosk and this place closes late compared to other restaurants in the area so that was a plus. But overall the small portion was good, not too small. It was $3 to add more cheese.
