Gibroni’s Pizza

Another trip to Gibroni's, and I'm even more convinced--this is hands-down the best pizza spot in San Clemente. The 313 Pizza with pepperoni was everything you want in a Detroit-style pie: crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The Fun Guys Pizza was a sleeper hit--the mushrooms were rich and savory, perfectly balanced with that caramelized crust.The garlic parmesan dry-rub wings? Insanely good. Super crispy, full of flavor, and honestly, I could've ordered another round.On top of all that, the service was great, and the food came out fast--even with a full house. Gibroni's has officially replaced Pizza Port as my go-to. If you haven't been yet, you're seriously missing out.

We visited this place on Saturday afternoon and it was so good! From the aesthetic, to the super nice staff, and the bomb dot com food! We got pizzas-- however we demolished them before I could take a pic :( they were SO GOOD! I probably could had a whole one to myself. We also got the kids Mac & Cheese for the littles and it was delicious. Wings were 10/10 Never tried this brand of root beer and I'm obsessed! It's a great place to go with friends or even solo. They have a nice bar, tons of TVs, outside seating and a small style arcade. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend if you're looking for great Detroit style pizza in south OC!

I crave these pizza sticks every time I visit the area! The combination of pepperoni, jalapeño, and hot honey is perfection--always hits the spot and never disappoints.On my last visit, I decided to branch out and try the chicken fingers, which had great flavor, as well as a build-your-own pizza with pepperoni. While the pizza was good, nothing quite compares to those pizza sticks--they're hard to beat!I only wish they were open seven days a week because I often pass through on their closed days--but that's a personal problem, lol.I've never dined in, so I can't speak to the table service, but they're always super friendly when I pick up my takeout orders. The space has a full bar with TVs, an arcade area, and restaurant seating. It seems perfect for families while also offering a great spot to catch the game with a beer.Highly recommend stopping by, especially for those pizza sticks!

Wowowowow! I am so glad I found this place! My wife wanted to find a spot to meet up with her brother, and first mentioned, Pizza Port. I said, no way, we've been there too many times, let's try to find another place. I looked on Google Maps and found this little gem close by. I immediately went to Yelp to learn more, and I immediately fell in love with the pictures. I said, HERE, THIS IS WHERE WE MUST MEET THEM!We get to this place, and it's decked out in Detroit gear. There are a few booths, and nice couch area, and then a dining area that has a stage for, I guess, karaoke and live music. COOL! There's also a Cadillac corner booth, which was rad so of course we sat there! There was also a large bar for all your beverage needs. We ordered online because the line is long, however, please note, your pizza will come in a box! I feel like this hindered my first tasting experience (more on that soon). We got the pepperoni pizza and a custom pizza (pineapple and kalamata olives). I also ordered some wings because I was super hungry. We went back to the counter to pick up our order near our timeslot, and brought it back to our table. The pizza is so wonderful and beautiful. The pepperoni pizza was SHOWERED with roni cups. roni cups on top of roni cups and crisped together to be fused into one big roni cup king. Delicious. My wife likes her pizza as well -- it was definitely huge! I tried to finish mine, but I couldn't. We could have easily split one pizza here and be FULL. But, I also ate all my wings... so... nevermind... OK, so here's why I think ordering online hindered my tasting experience. I noticed folks who dined in got their pizzas on a nice metal tray. the box will cause the steam from the hot pizza to circulate, which can affect the crispiness of things. so when we got our pizza, it was kind of floppity... but it didn't ruin the wonderful taste of the pizza. I didn't knock any stars for that! The pizza was GREAT!!! I still dream about it!! The service here was amazing - super friendly. There's also a little arcade areas for the kids, with like table hockey, grab machines... candy... fun times. They have a pizza mascot too. Little cool pizza dude. Anyways, I can't wait to come here again. I love this place. Thanks for the lovely food!

Wow! Great pizza! They were very busy on a Saturday night, it took 40 minutes to come out, but well worth the wait, and you can always hang at the bar or arcade. Seating was hard to get, but with the wait we were able to snag a table indoors. We got the 313 with pesto, vodka and marinara. Delicious except the vodka sauce was intentionally cold? No idea why.

Yesterday was my second visit to Gibroni's since they opened. I've been craving Gibroni's for 9+ months. I ate more Carbs yesterday than I did in weeks. Definitely, worth it. Soooooo good. My friend/brudda Andre Bosier and I scarfed on Wings, Camino Pizza Sticks and Magnum PI zza. We go the 12 or 13 spice rub plain wings with the garlic butter dipping sauce. Delicious! Probably, one of my top 5 wings. The Camino Sticks are still my favorite and a staple for me. The Gibrini's Faygu is delicious. Especially, with Vodka. Looking forward to trying the Croque Madame Breakfast. Tony and his wife were very accommodating, friendly and energetic. Greatly appreciate their hospitality. Enjoyed talking about the upcoming Pizza Expo in Las Vegas and more. Congrats and best of luck with their upcoming second location in San Diego.... Cannot wait for my next visit. Cheers!

I can't believe I have not written a review for this place yet. Hands down, this is the BEST pizza I have ever had. The crust, the cheese, the sauce, the beer, the service, the variety of food on the menu and the quality is over 10 stars. They have a bar, arcade games, dance floor/stage for live music, indoor/outdoor seating and is just a really fun place to bring your family! It's hard to go back to our regular pizza spot because this place is that insanely good and I cant recommend this place enough. I recommend the Fun Guys pizza if you love mushrooms and the double pepperoni is delicious too! I will keep updating my photos whenever I eat here!!! Love this place so much.

The bomb. Dot com.Light and crunchy crust. With crispy cheese. And sauce on top. Smothered with lots o pepperonis. It's all you need. Life changing.Detroit knows pizza. Go there to watch the Wolverines and Lions.

Stopped by for the first time last weekend and wanted to grab a couple slices after hearing so much about how fantastic the pizza was from friends who have recommended this spot to me.The theming and and overall ambience were pretty lively as there was plenty of people dining in and drinking at the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had with the menu and they are well-known for their Detroit-style pizza.I will say the pizza here is absolutely delicious and some of the best Detroit-style pizza I've had. The crust on the slices was crispy and crunchy and the cheese pull was great and I loved that they topped the slices off with some parmesan and used fresh tomato sauce. The I got the Baba & From the D slices and they were quite filling. I will unfortunately have to dock 1 star from my review since I had to wait 33 minutes for my 2 slices. The staff told me that they ran out of slices so they had to make a whole new pie and that's why it took so long but I just wish they had told me ahead of time since I was on a little bit of a time crunch.Other than that minor issue, I highly recommend checking out Gibroni's as their pizza is delicious and it's a great spot to come watch sports or hang out with friends and family. They have a lot you can park in next door as well.

An awesome addition to SC and OC! Hands down the best pizza around. The fun guys is my absolute favorite. I literally crave the flavor daily!!!! All of the pizzas are fantastic! Love the beer selection and vibe as well. The owners are super friendly and make you feel like family! Awesome atmosphere and really cool spot to hang out.
