My parents suggested this place for dinner the weekend before LNY which meant extra busy crowds and people!! The line was not too bad because it seems like this place has it down like clockwork. Once we got seated we quickly got the menu and our server came to greet us. They have 5 main items you can get here - I ended up getting the Bo Luc Lac with pasta. This dish was SO good. I literally cannot wait until I'm back again so I can get it once again!!! The meat is tender, the seasoning of the whole dish is perfect, the pasta has a great bite to it and overall is just so great. Oh and the portion is HUGE! Can't wait til my next trip back!

Wish the macaroni was cooked in with the meat for more flavor.Banh canh - this was good. The noodles were chewy. The shrimp and crab balls were delicious.Mi Quang - wish this had a bit more pop flavorPorks blood - it was good and softBun bo hue - it was flavorfulParking in front is a bit limitedService was good. Ghien Bun Bo delivers an outstanding dining experience! The food is delicious, with authentic flavors that perfectly capture the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. Their Banh Canh Cua and Mi Quang is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, making it a must-try for any first-time visitor. We'll be back to try their Bun Bo! The restaurant is clean, which adds to the comfort of dining here. The staff work hard to maintain a spotless environment. Service is incredibly fast, even during peak hours, so you never have to wait long to enjoy your meal. The pricing is very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality of food and service you receive. It's clear that Ghien Bun Bo takes pride in providing a top-notch experience without breaking the bank. The ambiance is lively and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for a casual meal with friends or family. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Ghien Bun Bo is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

This store is BUSY! But they are really quick with their service. They have 4 main items on their menu, I came for the Bun Bo Hue but my favorite was the Banh Chanh. The food came with a large side of veggies. They also have a lots of different sauces on the side.Must go for some authentic Vietnamese food!

Was excited to try their BBH because one of my IG friend posted it on her story and said it was some of the best BBH she's had. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Bún Bò Huế: 3/5. Noodles were too hard and broth was bland. Needed to add some "mam ruoc" (shrimp paste) to the broth in order to taste more flavor.Bánh Canh Tôm Cua: 4/5. Flavor was good and so was the meatball inside. I like the seasoned green peppers on the side. It had fish sauce seasoning to eat with the meat and a spicy kick, but wasn't overly spicy. Their menu is limited to 5 dishes/entrees. The restaurant is nice, clean, and modern. Overall 3.5 stars.

The restaurant is very casual. We were seated immediately when arrived at 2PM. The parking is ample as well. The restaurant looks clean too. Service was good. I have nothing to complain about it. The food was brought out within 5 minutes. I ordered a to go and they packed it very nicely. Bun bo hue was 4/5. The toppings were average, not a lot but not too little. The bowl is a size for a girl like me to eat. The broth is flavorful and clear. There are a lot of veggies on the side which is good because I love having many herbs. Overall I would come back to this place.

The place is clean with efficient service and quick. The BBH looks very good and was presentable. However, it lacks the umami and needed that extra savory boost. Perhaps for some who may prefer the milder taste, it may suit them. But for the true die-hards, this bowl was lacking flavors. For a really close to a true Bun Bo Hue experience, there is a little hole-in-the-wall place across the street, next to Asian Garden Mall that will satisfy your cravings.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but not too bad we were seated right away. The restaurant is very large and spacious a lot of tables great for groups and the decorations are cute. I loved that the menu is just 2 pages short and sweet. I ordered a large bun Bo hue and a large mi quang. The food came out quickly and it was piping hot. I under estimated the hot level and burned my tongue but I loved it soup should always be this hot! The bun bo hue wasn't that great the bun noodle it came with were all chopped up and it made it difficult to pick up none of them were long strands. The broth was also flavorless tasted like water. On the other hand the mi quang was delicious super flavorful and packed with meat that was tender and falling off the bones. The mi noodles were long and perfectly chewy and thick. I loved the fried pork skin it came with it added another layer of crunch to the dish. If I came back it would be for the mi quang and to try other dishes.

Bún Bò was not the star ...For a restaurant named after Bún Bò Huế, we were disappointed with the bland and flavorless broth. We tried their other dishes and they were much better. Their menu isn't too wide but offers a decent range of different Vietnamese dishes. We also found it annoying that they charge $2 for a cup of hot and iced tea when everywhere else only charges $1 or gives it free.* Bún Bò Huế: 4/10 - has all the bun bo hue ingredients but could barely taste the broth * Bánh Canh Tôm Cua Huế: 8/10 - thick broth and great flavor* Mì Quảng: 9/10 - loved the noodle texture and flavor of the soupThe interior was very nice with plenty of tables and booths. The workers were very nice and attentive the entire time. They're located in Bolsa Plaza which is pretty small so it might be tough to find parking at peak times.Recommend anything other than the bún bò.

Bun bo hue broth is balance and soup comes out boiling fresh. They accept all customizations. They give extra veggies and tea refills. Our family has been here 3x and will be back. Their menu is simple with only 5 choices. I will eventually try other things, since we have been distracted by their #1. Ample seating; cute wooden lights; always busy. Fast and friendly service. Accepts apple pay.
