New addiction alert! If you are a fan of beef jerky you will LOVE this jerky! It's not like the dried out beef jerky most of us think of. It's texture is much softer, yet you know it's jerky! My favorite thing about this product is their variety! They have 21 flavors with 11 sold on Amazon. They have four fruit flavors. Yes, I said fruit! Including strawberry, orange, pineapple and apple. They have both spicy flavors and savory flavors. Some of course we've all seen but some flavors I have never seen before. Like tapatio and spicy coconut curry! I am on a mission to try all 21 flavors! Thankfully they have a limited time promo so I'll be saving while snacking!

Who knew there was a local supplier and manufacturer of beef jerky right in Garden Grove? Currently each bag is $12. There is a deal for buy two get one free. If you live far away, Fred's not. Purchase beef jerky on the website or on Amazon prime. There are 20 beef jerky flavors to choose from including spicy two ones inspired by various cuisines to kid friendly fruity options. This is also where the tray fusion grill is located so you can get various BBQ combos and platters ranging from $12-$15 a pop. EBT is excepted here and there is parking right outside the strip mall.

I don't fully know how this came across my feed, but the algorithm finally did something right! On a day trip to the OC we stopped by this place on the way home. It's in a very small strip mall/plaza right off the street. The parking was a little tricky but there were some open spots on the side of the building. The store front was very clean but small and I didnt see any seating inside or out. They do serve food too, which looks like rice/meat combo bowls. They were busy so we did have to wait for the cashier, but 3 (bought 2, 1 free) full bags of beef jerky for $24.00 was worth the two minutes. They have a good selection of flavors but I stuck with a couple classics. The three we had were the traditional cut you see but this one leans more toward the moist and soft style. It's easy to eat but still has that nice lasting chew with flavor from start to finish.Red Jalapeno - 5 Star - A little sweet/sticky with an instant kick that lingers and builds as you eat. The flavor was great.Sweet and Spicy - 4 Star - This was both sweet and spicy and has a very unique flavor (not sure what it is) that you don't get with the big chain jerky.Peppered - 5 star - Tiny bit of sweetness with a huge pop of that back pepper. It has a nice bite that quickly fades and the base flavor once again was on point.Highly recommend and I will be back!

If you want some of the best tasting barbecue and OC look no further than this place. Extremely nice people, but I kid you not the food is amazing. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Tried these new jerky. I was surprised how tender are the beef. They use the best quality products. I've tired lots of beef jerky in the past and these are so far the best I've tasted. My favorite are the mango. It's spicy and soo good. Best with beer!

Was craving for some beef jerky. The owner brought me a new batch from the back. I only tried the red pepper so far, but it's damn good. I'll be back again.

Not open during their indicated business hours (noon). No notice posted on website or yelp. Didn't answer phone. A customer shouldn't have to drive half an hour just to be met with locked doors and lights off. Waste of customers time.I highly suggest prospective customers to call to see if they're open before you go.
