I'm always looking for the best pizza wherever I go--Fuoco's is one of my favorite pizza spots in OC! I've tried their margherita pizza, funghi e salsiccia, and black truffle pizza (not pictured), all of which were delicious! (My rating is mainly for the regular cheese slices/pies in order to keep the reviews consistent)Taste: 8/10 | They flour is imported from Italy and cooked in a woodfired oven! I absolutely love the crust, but I will say sometimes the crust is inconsistent across pizzas since some of them are more burnt/toasted than othersPrice: 7.5/10 | Currently $17 for a margherita pizza which is decently pricedVibe: 8/10 | Busy and packed, slightly reminiscent of being in Italy but on a larger scale. You can smell the aroma of freshly baked pizza in the air...careful not to sit too close to the oven since it can get kinda toasty.

Certainly very popular, was quite busy on a Thursday night, great for family dinners, dates, meeting with friends or coworkers, good vibes.Pizza was solid, I could definitely tell the ingredients are fresh and everything is freshly made. The dough is flat and crispy in the middle, and fluffy and puffy on the crust end. Good flavors and toppings that were unique from pizza to pizza. And there are plenty of choices. We even tried the nutella pizza (lol), which was interesting. Maybe get it if you're in the mood for a new experience.

We came in for lunch cause I was crazing pizza, in fact I crave pizzas every week these days! The restaurant itself was cozy and chill. The menus were big with focaccia, salad, mozzarella, pizza and sandwich choices. Vegetarian options were good. For drinks we had grey goose dry martini and iced tea. For food we decided on arugula artichoke salad, Italian sausage pizza and vegetarian mushroom pizza with gluten free crust. The pizzas were so comforting and yummy. The GF crust was very pricey as $7 extra. But it was one of the best gluten free crust I'v ever had, I think they make their own in the house. I also enjoyed their chili oil with my pizza. The service was friendly and attentive as well. A great pizzeria that we will visit from time to time!

The food was pretty good, standard pizza. I heard that the flour for the dough is imported from Italy, which makes the dough extra chewy! The Margherita pizza was a family's favorite, super light and crisp!! Was gone in a couple of bites hahah. The portions are pretty generously big, but I noticed most pizza ordered a pizza for themselves. However, our party could barely finish it, so we brought it home. If you don't like to-go-ing food, I would recommend sharing one pizza per 2 people and ordering a different dish instead! Service is decent, I went on a busy day so they seemed a little understaffed to be completely honest... but nonetheless very sweet!

Authentic Italian Pizza alert! It was so nice after being in Italy for a couple of days that I get to have more Italian pizza! This time, it is actually in the states. It was quite random that we discovered this place while stumbling through Downtown Fullerton. The staff here were super nice! There was a local Rams game being played on the TV so there definitely some spectators in the house. There seems to be ample room at this restaurant but also noticed a sign where there is a courtesy 90 minute loitering sign. I guess this place is so popular that people hang out here for more than 90 minutes. We had the Quattro Salumi which was really delicious. It contained 4 types of meats including salami, sausage, prosciutto cotto, and prosciutto crudo.

I have had Fuoco Pizzeria Napolotana bookmarked for a while. We went with friends to the Pizzeria. It was a busy Saturday night, so there was a waitlist. It took around half an hour until they called us, which was okay. There were ample of parking spots, either behind the restaurant or in the street. The Pizzeria has modern vibes. They also have the raditional brick oven which adds to the authentic ambience of the restaurant. The menu includes calzone, panini, pizza, in addition to Gelato and desserts. We were focusing on trying their pizza. We ordered the following;-Affumicata 5/5Somked mozzarella, Tomato sauce and roasted mushrooms -Contadina 5/5Mozzarella, crumbled Italian sausage, bell peppers, and portobello mushrooms -Quatro stagioni 5/5Four sections pizza, Prosciutto, roasted mushrooms, ricotta , mozzarella and tomato sauce -Funghi e salsiccia 5/5Tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms and crumbled Italian sausage-Vespa 5/5Goat cheese, mozzarella, cup-n- char pepperoni, whole roasted garlic, topped with house made spicy honey-Cappricciosa 5/5Tomato sauce, Prosciutto, kalamata olives, artichoke, and roasted mushrooms These are the restaurant's descriptions for each pizza. We ended up sharing a piece from each to try them all, which was such a great idea! The crust had perfect texture, the ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. We ordered cannoli to go. Their Cannoli is a must! It has a golden crispy shell, filled with creamy and perfectly sweet filling with additional chocolate chips which enrich the flavor The service was top notch. We had the best time at Fuoco Pizzeria Napolotana. For sure we will come back again.

Service was really good. Clean venue. The best was the crust of the pizza!!!!! So fluffy and you can def taste the difference from how they make the pizza in their oven compared to a regular pizza shop. The ricotta and bread was amazing too. They drizzle honey on top so it ties all the flavors and textures together.

If you ask a handful of folks from the OC where the best pizza is, Fuoco would land consistently in the top 5 spots named. I finally caved and drove out to see for myself, and my experience unfortunately didn't hit the mark. Pizza: 5/5; the crust and toppings is ranked high in my pizza list. Fluffy crust, well balanced topping, great sauce- it nailed it on the food. House made spicy honey (+$3) should not be skipped. Service: 1/5; it took a while to receive menus, twice as long to receive water even after asking a second time, and my table was generally ignored by the staff. The table next to us was seated, received water, ordered, and received their food before my table even got our menus. The kicker? The restaurant wasn't full and there were multiple servers working front of house. The bill came out quickly though. Hoped for the same hospitality and experience that many others have raved out during their visits. Both sides of this experience averages out to a 3/5. Does Fuoco have great pizza? Yes. Would I go back and receive the same service that I did? No thank you.

Sometime it would be nice to have a thin crust Napoletana pizza with a crispy crust that does not get soggy and the edges not completely charred which made the crust inedible. We ordered the funghi e salciccia and the margarita. Skimpy on the basil for the margarita but you can order extra for a buck. Recommend this at time of ordering. Service was lacking but they had a big party that night. We asked for a taste of two different reds and never received them nor a check in from our waitress. We joked that it saved us $50 by not being able to order a bottle of red. Mediocre at best.
