This is one of my favorite places to eat! I love the fried rice here and their chicken is just out of this world. The man working at the front will always give me a sample of the day's special, which is so good that I usually just order what I've been offered! Not only do the meals not disappoint, but the drinks are great as well. I ordered Thai tea the last time I ate here and it tasted even better than I expected, since the boba wasn't overly sweet and neither was the tea. I'm someone who prefers my drinks to be less sweet, so I liked it a lot!Overall, the employees are very kind, the service is amazing, and the food is crazy good. I highly recommend this place if you're headed to Westminster Mall around lunch hours!

I'd never been in the Westminster Mall until now. It's sad and weird to walk through a huge mall where 75% of the store spaces are vacant and the food court consists of only three remaining eateries. I found myself here on a weekday afternoon as the ONLY person in the food court. I was hungry and wanting a late lunch and drifted toward this place where two fellows stood at the counter, staring at me with big puppydog eyes, quietly begging me to choose their food. I felt sorry for these two entrepeneurs whose business' fate must be slowly dying in this forlorn mall.I ordered their chicken terriyaki meal and an iced tea. One of the guys grilled the chicken pieces while the other loaded rice into the plastic container which would soon be handed to me.I sat alone in the large food court area (which is the single most bizarre eating experience I've ever had). I didn't expect much from a food court and I was right in not having high hopes. The chicken was not great quality and their teriyaki sauce was watery and mostly tasted salty. I prefer a traditional thick, sweet teriyaki sauce. A mountain of white rice was piled under the grilled chicken pieces as were a couple of pieces of broccoli and lettuce as well as one carrot slice. I honestly didn't care for my food and only ate half. The iced tea was okay for being what I think was green tea. The price was great and apparently, judging from many other reviews, others find the teriyaki and other dishes far more delectable than I did. I hope Fuji Japan finds a way to survive. It must be depressing to see themselves surrounded by empty storefronts. Despite my empathetic feelings I can still only muster a two star rating.

If you like teppanyaki, then this is an affordable option for chicken teriyaki. I recommend the $9.99 Chicken Teriyaki Special because it is the right amount of food.You do have to wait a little for the chicken to be prepared on the grill, but this ensures that the food is served hot.Westminster Mall and the food court have seen numerous closures of businesses in recent months, so I hope this restaurant continues to thrive (or relocate to a different location in the future.)

Kid wanted to have their fried rice. so I had to try it and it was delish! Their chicken teriyaki is very flavorful. The people there were nice. Wish the mall was not dying. The food places here are good

Rude associates. They don't listen when you tell them you don't want something and continue to offer. They ask what flavor drink you want even though you didn't order one. They need to pick better tactics to upsell. They also don't tell you your total just ask for your card. Now the food...I got the No.1. 1) The salmon was awful quality, just chewy and didn't taste fresh. 2) The rice was mushy and just tasted like vinegar. 3) The cucumber was warm in the roll, wasn't cold and crunchy. Overall was just bad. Don't recommend.

Best teriyaki you can get! Priced well and they have the best sauce, it's not all syrupy and sweet, it's more like a broth that perfectly coats everything. They know what they're doing!

this place is amazing !!! The chicken teriyaki And the sauce they use is just perfection . You can tell that the chicken was properly marinated and seasoned . If you are ever at the Westminster mall you guys need to stop by . Will definitely be coming back .

Best Teriyaki Chicken in town, delicious food and is fairly priced. Fresh and super savory

I personally have not came to their Westminster location, however, I do remember them since they used to work at the mall located in Palm Desert, California. I remember being so upset when they relocated, this used to be one of my favorite spots growing up, when they were still here, and I've been looking forward to making the drive all the way over there just to try it again.Everyone's experience is obviously different but for me personally, they were the sweetest people ever. The couple that used to work there (not sure if they're still the owners) were absolutely sweet and treated me and my family with respect. Yes, maybe they're a little bit pushy at times, but they mean well. They're just trying to sell their stuff. I never once had a rude encounter with them.And the food was absolutely amazing! I still crave it despite not trying it in YEARS. I would normally ask for the chicken terriyaki, fried rice, and ask for extra chicken. It was absolutely amazing and I would finish the entire plate.If you're located within this area, please give them a chance! They mean well and their food is great! I would definitely make the drive over if I had the opportunity to. :)EDIT: Also to those saying they're rude when asking questions, there is a clear language barrier. Last time I remembered, English was not their first question and they're trying the best they can to communicate with you.

The food is fresh and amazingly hot. Its in the mall which is doing terrible bit of you come here specifically and only for the food, you will not be dissatisfied. I keep coming back
