Delicious shakes. Tried the Peanut butter cookie and cinnamon roll. Both 8/10 on flavor Also tried the Protein Waffle with pecans and agave. 10/10 Place is super clean and nice with a solid menu.

Good protein shakes. Got the chunky monkey shake(meal replacement/~24g protein) which taste nutty. Filling but not heavy.

This place here offers amazing drinks and treats! The staff is welcoming and kind, also very fast service. For first timers it's a great experience to have here too because you'll be lead step by step. You will not be disappointed here and don't be afraid to try out the products here

First time here! Got a Cinnamon Roll Shake without Whip Cream and it was pretty good! The lady who helped us was super sweet and informative. Shakes start out at 24g protein and around 200 cals. We also got Oreo Protein Doughnuts. $18 total so not bad! Great flavor but a little watery in my opinion for the shake. Wish they had macros posted but would come again!

My parents were regulars here until we moved cities. First time back after a few years and I'm extremely impressed on how much it has grown. The owners and staff have always provided a vibrant ambiance. The perfect spot to begin your morning. Start off with a delicious, warm tea then grab a nutritious shake with a side of protein-filled sweets. I'm definitely coming back soon to try the new seasonal drinks and sweets!

Super nice owner, food was great and everything is super clean. Wish there was an ingredient list - helpful to know most food is soy based. Business has been here for 13 years!
