Clean, friendly staff, and awesome selection! I was looking for a tomahawk, and they have delicious aged tomahawk, for around $35/pound if I recall correctly. Also, they had other interesting proteins, seasoned chicken, ribs, etc. I would definitely come back!

This is my go to place for parties. They have everything you need to make your tacos. Don't know how to season your meats? They have marinated meat and also have seasoning you can add. Service is always good as they are very helpful. Don't forget to check in with yelp for a discount.

This place is a great meat market whether you're looking for some taco meat, steaks, or best of all, big cuts of beef. They have everything you could want and more, including wagyu and dry-aged meats. The service is always friendly and they have the best short ribs for KBBQ!

It has been a while since I've written my last review, so here's one that I don't want to forget to write about!FMC is located on the border of Orange and Anaheim (think Bottle Logic Brewing) and is a small little meat company that serves a wide selection of meats. I have only gone here for the beef and man, the quality of the beef here is great! They only do prime grade beef (or better like wagyu!). The prices are reasonable, but keep an eye out on their social media to see what specials they have. Definitely take advantage of their specials because there's where you will get the best bang for your buck! Last time I went here, I grabbed a few boneless ribeyes at around $25 a pound. Not cheap, but man, those steaks came out excellent! Invited my parents over during Memorial Day and grilled these steaks. They came out juicy and delicious. Even my mom, who is not a meat eater, ate her steak and enjoyed every bite of it! I've had their Australian wagyu ribeyes, short ribs, and bone-in ribeye in the past. None of my times have ever disappointed me. I'll definitely be coming back in the near future!

They have a large selection of meat products including a variety of aged cuts all marked with very good prices. Also they have an extended selection of Latino taco meats chorizo included. Service is extraordinary with direct access to a very well trained group of butchers and cutters that offer you the personal service that you expect. Honestly the cheapest meat out there and VERY GOOD QUALITY! I came here to this quaint little place around 430pm and got my prime rib end for $10.95/lb = $40 for the entire thing that should feed 4 of usThere are a bunch of ready made packs like bbq chicken wings, buffalo wings, chorizo, you name it, they have it. 5 stars for the meat because my prime rib turned out great but 4 stars only because I called them 3 or 4 times and no one picked up. However, when I walked into the store I swear they picked up the phone...

Found this place on Yelp. Was so excited and bought 5lbs short rib. When I came home , I realized it was 30% all fat. I don't mind it if meat quality was good. It was worse quality of meat I have ever had in my life. Spend close to $70 and I totally wasted my money. Meat was so chewy, I end of throwing away. This meat was so gross! So disappointed on Yelp review this time. And again worse quality meat I have ever had.

My very favorite place This is like a candy shop for me If you haven't been here you Must try this place. I buy a lot of meat. I make jerky and smoke a lot of meat as well. This place is the highest quality and prices are amazing!!! The service is great and people are all super friendly They also sell aged meat This place is killer!!!!! First timer, came for some carne asada and T-bone steaks. The meats are super fresh and tasty. Butchers are helpful. Will be returning.
