Growing up in a Polish household, my grandmother's homemade cooking was a cornerstone of my childhood. One of her specialties--and a personal favorite of mine--was her Reuben sandwich. Oh my gosh, what a treat that was! It set the standard for what a great sandwich should be. Over the years, I've tried Reubens at many places. Some were decent, others forgettable, but today I stumbled upon an absolute gem in the most unexpected of places--a BMW motorcycle dealership!I met Eric, the owner and head chef, and he was as welcoming and friendly as they come. I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted, but then I spotted the pastrami Reuben on the menu. When Eric mentioned it was one of his specialties, I knew I had to try it. Let me just say, I think a tear might've rolled down my cheek when I took my first bite. Words truly can't do justice to how incredible this sandwich was.The marble rye bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, offering just the right amount of crunch. The pastrami was tender, flavorful, and had a subtle smoky flavor (at least that's what my taste buds picked up!). The combination of house made coleslaw, Russian dressing, melted cheese, and--surprisingly--bread and butter pickles took this Reuben to a whole new level. I've never had pickles like that on a Reuben before, but wow, they worked! The balance of flavors was spot on, and the sandwich itself was a generous size, leaving me fully satisfied. Now, my grandma will always be the reigning queen of Reuben sandwiches in my heart, but I have to admit--Eric's version easily ranks in my top five, if not my top three. It's that good. Without a doubt, I'll be back to explore more of his menu, and I'm already looking forward to enjoying another Reuben. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor: stop by, say hi to Eric, and treat yourself to a meal that's crafted with care and packed with flavor. You won't regret it! Maybe you'll even ride away on a new motorcycle! :P

Alright, listen up, pansies. Forget those greasy spoon diners with food that's about as exciting as a stalled engine, or those Starbucks pits with their sweet, foamy lattes. Flat Track Cafe? Now, that's a pit stop worthy of the German engineering it sits next to.Breakfast Burrito: This ain't your grandpappy's gut bomb. Scrambled eggs light and fluffy like a sport bike's suspension, bacon that packs a flavor punch like a well-tuned engine, cheese that melts smooth as a perfectly executed corner, crispy hash browns that add some serious grip to the whole thing, and fresh salsa that kicks like a newbie who doesn't know what a clutch is. This burrito gets you goin' from zero to sixty faster than an S1000 off the line. Whether you're a gearhead or just gearin' up for a busy day, this bad boy will get you goin'.Pour-Over Coffee: Its real. Like real, real. They treat those beans like high-performance fuel, slow and meticulous, like prepping an RR for the track. The result? Coffee as smooth as a perfectly paved canyon road, strong enough to power a C400GT, and wakes you up faster than flashing red and blues in your mirror. Respect.Flat Track Cafe is for riders of all types - even shiny, loud lawnmowers - but its also for anyone looking for good food, fresh coffee, and killer tunes - with a view of some serious bikes.

I know what you're thinking. Wait why is this place inside of a motorcycle shop? It's random but so fire don't pass up on the opportunity to eat here!Amazing owner such a nice guy. First of all his coffee is legit, easily one of the best spots to grab an iced coffee in OC. Don't skip the specials either! Loved it so much we came twice in one week - once for breakfast and once for lunch.

Flat Track Cafe in Orange is a great place to go for a delicious and affordable lunch. The menu has a few options only, from burgers and sandwiches, but it's really good. The ambiance and service are top-notch and I recommend giving this hole in a wall bike place a try

I found this cafe on a TikTok that highly recommended it. The cafe is in a motorcycle shop (Irv Seaver motorcycles) and is full of motorcycles and motorcycle memorabilia. I ended up getting a Pastrami melt, which definitely did not disappoint. I was told it was one of the specials, and that I'd be the first customer to get it. Highly recommend it if it's available. All sandwiches come with a drink and chips. It's a growing business, and the owner is very attentive to your needs. Small restaurants like this are hard to find.

Had the mahi mahi tacos and a mahi mahi taco bowl. Better than any fish restaurant. Enjoy being in a motorcycle shop with great food. First idea was for an espresso bar with food. They got an experienced chef who has unique and great specials each week. A must try!
