Do not eat here. Found a piece of metal in my chicken bowl!! Gross. Called store and manager didn't call back. Worst service!!

I took a picture of their wall clock and it clearly is before 8pm yet I was refused service. Really?
Flame Broiler closes at 8pm yet I was unable to get device at 7:57pm since the cook closed down the grill already!

I stop here after work like 4 - 5 times a week. They consistently deliver healthy yummy bowls ! Their meat is cooked exceptionally well and their portions are more than generous. Thank you Miguel and the whole staff!

Nothing worse that paying almost $20 for a meal for it to be Completely wrong. I made a phone order for a Chicken plate with All rice and some veggies and I said to (Karla according to the receipt) ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE on the plate. What i got was A half & half plate with rice and a few veggies with a salad n orange. I double checked with her the order, and she literally repeated chicken plate with rice and veggies. Nothing else. Very disappointing.

The location is pretty good. I do not have much to complain about it all. I like how they chop up the meat and they put it over the rice. That is actually pretty cool. I hate eating big chunks of before me when I get a Teriyaki dish. This place kind of chops up to me and it makes it a little more palatable and easier for you to chew. Especially when you are giving it to young kids it makes it a lot easier for the babies to eat it. That is definitely one of the things I like the most. Also the way they do they rice. They lay the rice down and they put the vegetables and stuff all around it. It is a really good layout. They give you good portion to your as well. I hate when you go to a place that give you very small portions even when you are super hungry. This place puts a lot of rice in a lot of meat on your plate so it definitely makes it good.The parking lot at this location is not my favorite. You kind of have to park pretty far from the entrance in order to get your food. It makes a little more difficult when you are with young kids. I wish they had more parking directly in front of the storefront. Outside of that this place is pretty good

The cashier with long hair kinda looks like Salma Hayek is amazing, she keeps herself busy and is super friendly with the customers even when in a stressful environment. The other cashier not a fan of... someone take that girls phone away and put her to WERK! Overall, food is amaaazzinngggg!

So in regards to the food. No complaints, especially now that they added the Korean options. Food wise EVERYTHING IS SO GOOOOOOODDD. My personal preference is the SHORT RIBS. So flavorful no extra sauce needed. Establishment is always clean and the cashier and staff are extremely nice and polite.My only complaint is the ADVERTISEMENT, especially when it comes to their catering. It's a bit deceiving. Not just at this location but others as well. Their catering prices reflects 30 PIECES for $69.00 (Short ribs), however when I called in and inquire about it the staff clarified just so you know its actually just 10 strips, each cut in 3 = for a total of 30 pieces. That goes the same for their current advertise 6 piece short ribs for $20.50. (2 strips cut into 3) My thing is charge what you want to charge, just make sure you specify in this case its in "cut pieces" because anyone who eats short ribs, short ribs are by the strip. Therefore poor advertisement on their part. Other that great. Food, location and service is great.
