Firefly Burger

Great burgers. Smashed Burgers were the stars. Regular fries only. Their cheese fries were lame - undercooked fries and bland cheese. Do not purchase!

Every burger lover needs to check this place off their list! Came here with my girl, Kara around 12 for some Lunch. They do have a private parking lot, but it is kind of tight. (Shared with other places)We walked in and sat where we wanted. They have tables but they also have a few very large booths After deciding what we wanted we went back up to the counter to order. The men working here we so incredibly nice. He carried our fountain drinks to our table for us. Our food came out shortly. I can't remember on what burgers we got. But what I loved is all the side items. I'm a huge side girly and love dipping sauce. And they get a solid 10 in this area. We ordered curly fries Mozzarella sticks Onion rings and Jalapeño cheese poppers(With tons of different dipping sauce)For our burgers they came out and put on a whole show for us lol. They smoke your burger and then inject it with cheese. It was awesome! Again, loved the sides, the service was amazing and loved the burgers and how they smoke them and inject with cheese sauce. They actually put disposable gloves on each table for you to wear if you don't want to get down and dirty They are also halal, which is a plus We finished with two strawberry shakes which were amazing. They even pay attention to detail and put sprinkles on them. I love this! I will definitely have to come back with other friends and family. 5 stars for service - again, the men workingHere were amazing. Great customer service 5 stars for food - I loved the variety. I went with the OG Firefly Burger. It's a pretty filling burger and you can choose to smoke your burger or you can just inject the whole burger with cheese. You get to watch this process too!The staff are friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. The restaurant has a cabin-like/sports feel and there's a decent amount of seating. This is hands down one of the best burgers I've had, possibly ever! They're in a small shopping center, which does make the parking situation a bit precarious, but I can say that after eating here that I would be fine with parking down the street and walking in if required as it's that good. :)The place is clean and well put together with a reasonable amount of seating inside. They have a good amount of items on their menu, from various burger configurations to hot dog options and different types of appetizer/sides and shakes. I ordered the double Backfire Burger and when asked how I wanted it cooked I said medium rare, but figured that I would receive it cooked medium all the way through. Shortly after though when the man who cooked them (in full chef attire) came out with them I knew they weren't messing around, and those patties were cooked to a perfect medium rare - sear on the outside and a perfect level of pink in the center. The bun was perfectly soft, large patties cooked exactly as I like, the toppings and ingredients were of high quality. Put that together and you get a phenomenal burger! The fries were also perfectly cooked with a light salt and seasoning. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than similar places, but what you receive in added quality certainly makes the few extra bucks worth it. 10/10 - If you're a burger connoisseur then this place needs to be on your "try" list. They've put a lot of thought and effort into their offering; I promise you will -not- be dissapointed. :)

MUST TRY GOURMET BURGER IN THE OC! I love the amazing quality of their food, and the beef patties were flavorful and juicy! I really like the presentation of their Smokey Burger, and love how it tasted as well. It has 8 oz angus beef, beef bacon, lots of cheese, pickles, and caramelize onions. I really like all the flavors and texture of this burger. It was definitely love at first bite!Aside from their incredible food, the service here were amazing as well and absolutely love their cool interior.

Are you curious and want to try something new? Well, how about warm oozing goodness that gushes out in between your beef patties and buns. Mmm, and that dripping cheese just makes your mouth water! I had the very tasty pleasure to have such a burger with a smoking cloche for that added smokiness flavor. First time and it won't be the last, the Smokey was the burger I got and this was your basic Angus but leveled up when it was all said and done! The smoke and cheese injection is the show but even without it the other burgers are still a go! I also had their double smash burger and that too was hitting my tastebuds on all points.The joint has a rustic hunters vibe with comfy booths and the music selection is interesting. Parking can be a challenge but customers from other shops come and go pretty quickly. The service was great and I can't wait to come back and try other gens. And that's my take, Peace...

Firefly burgers serve burgers with a smoky presentation and they even inject cheese into their fresh bread! One thing I'm picky about is the type of bread that is being used for burgers and they've got it right! Their burgers are flavorful and juicy and pretty hefty in size. I was also surprised by their chicken wings, super crispy and juicy! This was a really good place and definitely will be back when I'm in the area

8/10 Overall: I loved the ambiance of the place, it has a very homey vibe! They offer free cheese injections and have a smoked gun which was very cool. The food is delicious and the servers are friendly. They take their business very seriously!Backfire single $12: 3.5/5 this has jalapenos and hot sauce so only get it if you have a good spice tolerance! The meat was juicy and the bun was crispy. Bucharest crispy $12.5: 4/5 my favorite thing we got here but i wish the cheese was more melted. The chicken was crispy and i loved the sauces in this sandwich!Firefly Burger: $11.5: 3.5/5 your typical burger, it was delicious! It did get cold fast and the cheese wasn't very melted.Fires $3.5 & Onion rings $4: 3/5 I'm personally a fan of crispy fries, these were a bit larger. The onion rings were also pretty standard.

The staff was polite, attentive, and went above and beyond. The service was excellent and exceptional, the food was delicious ! good taste and good service

Great food quality and great workers - always with a big smile! Meat actually feels like real meat!I would highly recommend it!
