Falafa Food Truck

Looks there's already some good pictures of the falafel plate on here that are better than any I could take, so just believe me when I say this truck cranks out some seriously gourmet falafel. My peers often express their dismay at how so many vendors in America serve up dry, plain falafel that crumbles like biscuits but this is not the case with Falafa. Service was quick, the owner was friendly, and this falafel plate afforded me nothing short of a deeply spiritual and healing experience. Packed with some of the best veggies you'll ever taste and a generous dollop of hummus, this truck serves straight FIRE.

I work nearby, have seen this truck, finally tried it last week. Blew me off my feet. Came back today for a different dish, its incredible! The owner is so friendly. When its hot out, he hooks me up with a bottle of water for the very short wait. I love Mediterranean food. I will try any spot, but honestly the way this food is made is top notch. You can tell he genuinely wants you to be wowed by the tastes and ingredients. 10/10 recommend. I hope to god, he stays close for lunch times.

Amazing falafel, schnitzel, eggplant sandwiches and more!!! We visit them at Santa Ana and they pop up sometimes at semitropic wines.

Don't sleep on Falafa. Itzchak knows his way around good healthy food. Tons of vegan and vegetarian options.The hummus is amazing and the falafel, well it's the only place my fiancé Yael will eat.10/10 will come again to try it all.The service was quick and attentive.

Stumbled on this food truck today at a park in Irvine and so glad I did. II ordered the Sabich which was full of fresh ingredients such as eggplant, boiled eggs, crunchy Israeli pickles, Tahini, hummus and more in a fresh pita. Also got the hummus with Fava beans and it was also fresh & full of flavor. (Pita is separate.) Just happened upon this food truck on way back to work here in Santa Ana. Ordered falafel sandwich which was AWESOME. All ingredients were fresh (including falafel made to order) and I was shocked at the quality and fantastic taste. Owner/chef was hilarious and kept us laughing during wait. He takes credit cards as well!! Come on back to this area often please for I'll be back!!Cheers!!!

This place "truck" is incredible!!!! Do yourself a favor and follow this truck. Go wherever he is and get yourself some food. I have gotten the Falafel plate and the Sabich plate and they were both absolutely amazing. I will be coming back to this place over and over again. Thank you for making amazing food!!!
