Empanada Man Pizzeria

5 stars despite the fact that I called and asked for parm and peppers because DoorDash didn't provide an option and allegedly the store requested no substitutes so you couldn't ask for anything other than what was on DD. Meatballs are fantastic, juicy prepared appropriately and the marinara is almost like Sunday gravy. Had 2 empanadas, pepperoni and sausage and beef. Fucking delicious. I'll order a 12 pack next time. The lasagna is old world flavors, hands down one of the best I've had in Orange County. Great job guys, please add a condiment section on DD so we can enjoy your great food with the accoutrements we desire.

Here are the overall ratings...Excellent...- Ricotta Mushrooms (nice creaminess and sufficient amount of mushrooms; overall robust flavor)Great...- Chicken- Beef (flavorful ground beef; nice touch of diced hard-boiled eggs inside)Good...- Chili Verde Pork (decent overall)- Hawaiian (ham pineapple)Meh...- Shredded Steak (pot roast; not much flavor)- Pepperoni Sausage (no tomato sauce! My wife thought it was pretty good.I liked that they had Blue Moon beer. My wife liked the mini bottle of Prosecco.

Out of town relatives found this place to try and it was great. All of the empanadas are amazing, and the pizza was great. Even the kids had no complaints, always a plus in our book. With so many filling options, there was something for everyone. Happy to add this to our local eating out roster!

love this place I order takeout. its ready when they say it will be- the workers are friendly the pizza is excellent. As an ex new yorker i am spoiled so excellent is pretty good. the empanadas are amazing. never had that in nyc. but these!!!!!!great!!!!

Great beef empanadas . Buy more than a dozen to get better pricing . Don't forget the chimichurri sauce

I was really happy with the food and the service, and the lunch special was reasonable. . A colleague of mine recommended the meatball sandwich, which is a little unique. It has sautéed peppers in it. A Delicious twist. I really enjoyed it.My company always gets Catering from here, their empanadas are fantastic.The food was so good that I brought a group of colleagues back the next day. I tried the pastrami sandwich, which was good, but not as good as the meatball.

The empanadas were flavorful and delicious. I ordered the beef, chicken, mushroom and ricotta, and the spinach empanadas. I'm looking forward to trying other flavors next time.Loved the "mom and pop" feel of the restaurant. The brothers that work here were a pleasure to chat with and their service was great. These empanadas are pretty good, and they have a special if you buy a dozen. They are pretty small but packed with a lot of flavor, a dozen was more than enough for 3 hungry adults. Service is also top notch every time I've gone.

i ordered the shrimp & saltena empanadas - both very flavorful, crust is pretty thin but delicious, the size is these empanadas is small but good for a nice quick snack

Bomb food. A bit of a hidden gem here. Consistently good and sauces pair very well with the empanadas. Also the kids loved the pizza.
