Best bread everBest staff ,very friendly Been coming here since years and their bread is just amazing

Extremely disappointed with this bakery. I went in on 12/10/24 and placed an order for 12/24 paid in full. I was told they would be open until 5 pm so I told them I would pick up right before closing, but to please have my order ready by 3 pm in case I went earlier. The woman who took my order said that was fine and she took my number and said they would call me when my order was ready for pick up. I did not receive a call at all and when I showed up at 4:25 to pick up my order, it was closed and they had a sign that they closed at 4. I was also going to place a new order for 12/31. I called the following day but there was no answer. They finally called me on 12/26 to tell me my order had been ready for pick up. I explained to them that I was given wrong information and if they could change my order to 12/31 because this was not my fault. They said no because it was already done and they even acknowledged that the woman who took my order gave me the wrong time. I have placed large orders with them many times, for my wedding, baby showers, and baptisms, and have never had such a bad experience. I have tried calling multiple times to speak to the person in charge to see if they can make right on THEIR mistake, but it looks like they don't answer their phone. I would recommend to anyone who wants to place a large order, DO NOT PAY IN FULL until you pick up your order. I bet if I hadn't paid it, they would have called me before they closed to make sure they got their money, but since I paid in advance, I was screwed over

Hands down the best tasting pan dulce! They always have a great selection of fresh out of the oven pan dulce. Don't bother going anywhere else.

Muy mal servicio. Les pedí dos docenas de empanadas para un evento y les pedí de crema y guayaba . Les dejé la orden pagada y mi número de teléfono y no me llamaron para avisarme que no iban a tener de guayaba y me dieron de piña .Y de pilón me dieron empanadas que ya estaban añejas ni siquiera me hicieron unas frescas ,nuevas.Tenían muy mal sabor. Muy mal servicio. No lo recomiendo. Jamás volvería a ir. No le daría ninguna estrella pero lamentablemente tuve q poner una para q pudiera publicar.

Honestly I loved my cake that I ordered with them the bread was nice and juicy . Loved how everything came out . Will definitely order another 3tres leches cake again.
