First time here!Sunday brunch is awesome!! Great selection taco bar, hot line, salads, ceviche, soups, aquas, coffee, concha's and desserts. Don't forget add on the bottomless mimosa or Bloody Mary you won't regret it. All for under $100 it was a great morning, the hubby and I will definitely be back. Tip- sit at the bar, no waiting for a table and the refills are continuously flowing.*Family friendly * It gets Packed, come early

We decided to visit for Christmas Eve. It was very busy so it took a few minutes to be seated. There were empty tables, but had a lot of tables for the staff they had. It took a while for drinks and more salsa, but we were not upset because it was obvious that they were extremely busy. Our server was very nice and kept checking on us even though he was very busy. We decided to have a few drinks because why not? The margaritas were very good and reasonably priced. The food was delicious and it surprised me that I finished my dish even after of the chips and tortillas I had had. I intended to take pictures of the plates, but once it arrived I forgot. The food smells amazing and it is very tasty.

Complimentary chips with salsa AND freshly made tortilla, say less! Don't forget to smoother some whipped sweet butter over your tortilla, chef's kiss for all my carb lovers. Right at the front behind the hostess you can see them pressing and cooking fresh tortillas. Food was decent but not the best. We came here during happy hour and enjoyed a few drinks. Steak Nachos - was alright, steak is very very dry. Nachos were quite dry and overly baked. I would pass on this. Chicken Quesadilla - ordinary, great for kids.Carne Asada Y Camarones - pretty filling and was good. Steak was a little tough and well done, server didn't ask how I would like it. Shrimp had a great grilled smoky flavor. Filet Mignon Enchiladas & Mesquite Grilled Shrimp - enchiladas were soaked in sauce as I prefer them to be. Filet Mignon was quite fatty and chewy. Shrimp Enchiladas - was much better than filet mignon, simple but texture much preferred.Mesquite Grilled Steak (Fajitas)- quite flavorful, best dish we ordered. Would love to order this again. Server also lights it on fire table side if you want a small show!

This is my first time coming here with my wife and we had a great time. We didn't know there was a difference between this El Torito and others, but this one seems a little fancier than others. Our server Adriana was really good and had a great vibe for this restaurant. The food was good, the tortillas they give as appetizers are hand made flour tortillas and pair well with the salsas provided. I recommend the combination plate and get a variety of food.

Always love this location, kinda hidden off the 57 Fwy and Lambert on the east side of the 57. Everything is always on point. Fresh chips, nice and light and crispy. Salsa is always fresh tasting. But the handmade tortillas and sweet butter is the best, add a little salsa and I can eat that all day. We had their table side guacamole which again fresh and delicious. I tried something new the filet and bacon tacos, really good. Parking is usually easy but like I said this location is a little tucked away in a business park, but if you find it you'll always want to come back. My favorite El Torino location by far.

Came here for the Sunday Brunch Buffet at $40 per adult, and unfortunately, it didn't start out great. We had a 9:30 AM reservation via OpenTable and arrived around 9:15 AM. While the hostess was polite, she asked if we preferred a table or a booth, but despite requesting a table, we were still led to a cramped booth for four. With four adults and a baby who needed a high chair, this setup was inconvenient and unsafe due to the narrow, high-traffic aisle. Thankfully, I spoke up, and we were eventually seated at a table, but this rocky start didn't leave a great first impression.That said, our server, Cynthia, absolutely saved the experience. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure our baby (and all of us) were comfortable and happy. She even brought stickers for our little one, kept our drinks full, and ensured our table was well-maintained throughout the meal. Her warmth and excellent service were truly the highlight of our visit.As for the food, the selection was not great but didn't justify the $40 price. The buffet included an omelet station, taco station, menudo, pozole, agua frescas, ceviche, aguachiles, tri-tip, BBQ pork spare ribs, chile verde, barbacoa, chile Colorado, bacon, sausage, flan, rice pudding, churros, and a few other basic desserts. Both the variety and the quality was just average--not bad, but nothing that would bring me back. I'm guessing the $40 price tag is really meant to include the unlimited mimosas, but since we don't drink, it didn't feel worth it for the food alone.I likely will not return, but I sincerely hope management acknowledges Cynthia's outstanding service--she made what could have been a disappointing meal into a much better experience.Tips for customers:Arrive early since both the parking lot and restaurant are small and fill up quickly.Make a reservation online beforehand.If there's a wait, grab a coffee or hot chocolate to pass the time.

Let me start off by saying our server Adriana was amazing! This was our first time here at el torito grill and we were unaware of the differences in menu. She was very helpful in recommending similar items. Very friendly and made our experience pleasant. The food was good I'd recommend the fundido as the starter.
