El Pollo Norteño

I've always been a pollo loco guy (mostly due to being under a mile from my house) but today I decided to try this place. I've heard great things from their chicken so I decided to give them a call. Right off the bat i had great customer service from a guy named hector I believe it was, super helpful and great patience! He ran thru the menu and was able to help me figure out the right package for my family size of 5. I got the 12 piece meal and let me tell you! Amazing! Chicken not dry, seasoned well, and just over takes pollo loco.. and well enough for the whole family. I'll be coming back for sure

Chicken and sides are delicious! Reminds me of the chicken from Mexico! Service is good and ambience is chill! Indoor seating available portions are decent!

Chicken hands down taste so good with that mesquite grilling style pricing is not so but good definitely a spot to try out

I ordered some Chilaquiles through doordash and I have to say the WORST tasting and looking Chilaquiles. It looked like they tossed some doritos from a bag and poured some red sauce, THATS IT! I dont recommend this place.

This place is amazing! It is healthy. It is always amazing portions. And most of all it's a family run restaurant with several locations in Orange County. No matter which location you go to it is by far the best chicken in Orange County. If you have not visited and Pollo norteño you've not tasted amazing chicken!

This location is terrible. The last time I went it was 7pm, the OPEN sign was on and I walked up and tried to open the door and it wouldn't open. That's when I realized that whoever was working had put a bike lock around the door on the inside. They close at 8pm so why are are they locking doors and stopping business at 7pm? Time before that I went and they were already locked up at 745pm, again thru close at 8pm. Also if you come around 7:30p they are super rude because they want to closed husbwnd went a few days ago and they were rude to him and then only gave him 2 salsas for 2 burritos! Who only uses one salsa on a whole burrito? I'll take the extra time and go to the other location for now on.

Really really really bad customer service, never been treated worst in my life If you wanna get talked at like you're nothing come to this place.

Just went in and bought the 10 piece deal. The beans were expired when we opened the container they smelled

1st off the chicken, beans, and rice was bland as you can get, the charo beans was under cooked and hard. Are they afraid of adding salt? The only thing that was seasoned well was that little cup of salsa verde, every thing else was for the trash. I will not be patronizing this place again. I'm very disappointed in this place.

The food was really good ! But the service ughh ! The old lady there didnt even greeted us. Had a bad attitude i work as a cashier & let me tell you Thats not the way specially because im the type of person who pays attention to everything . she would only welcome or greated only the men customers. Ill go to other locations but never to this one .
