I ordered a family meal through the App. Very convenient and loved the deals they have on the app. Chicken tasted soft and fresh with crispy skin. Mac&Cheese with mashed potatoes were right on.The parking here is great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. They forgot my bag of sauce but quickly grabbed it when I walked back to the counter. They seemed BUSY! It was a bit long waiting for my family meal order. I ordered 2 churros here. I'm spoiled from Costco churros size so I was very surprised at the cost for two little churros here at El Pollo Loco. I'll stick to the chicken. I missed the good old days where they used to have a bar of sauces and condiments but now everything is packaged behind the counter. The inside was well kept and clean. There are plenty of seating outside.

Came here at 10 pm the lady doesn't understand English very well had to pull up to order and I've never been here so I couldn't remember what I wanted

I've been a fan of this place for many years but today's experience will significantly impact how often I eat here going forward.Everything on the menu has gone up by at least $2 and much more than that on someItems. I know because I get the same 4-5 items for me and family each visit.Not only did the double chicken tostada go up $2 but the shell wasn't even filled up. I mean they could have thrown in more lettuce to makeIt more robust. The portion was so small I ate beans and tortilla chips from home. Very disappointed and unfortunately the value is no longer there. I won't be back for a long time

Came here to get take out. Food is more expensive for what we used to get and the portions are a lot smaller. I ordered a family meal and they didn't give us all our sides which was disappointing when we got the food home.

I love El Pollo Loco as my fast casual. It's mostly healthy. I love the avocado chicken salad and the tostada chicken salad. Every now and then they will have some really good promos like shredded beef quesadilla and birria tacos.

They keep messing up my order !!!! Please management train your employees correctly , always make sure you have everything in the bag for the customer !!!!!

My coworkers and I went to this restaurant for lunch today, and we had a chance to meet Facundo Lopez, Service Expert extraordinaire. He is a very sweet man who made sure we were comfortable during our visit. He checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.He kept himself busy sweeping and straightening the restaurant and seemed to take great pride in his work.We had a lovely time, thanks to Facundo. He is an asset to your restaurant.

I love the food but I hate the recent coupon leaflet. Those who love mixed order are being forced to pay full price by not offering it at extra price as it used to be for a long time. It appears that the coupon is designed to scam the customers. You must bring back the mixed order at extra charge option!!
