Chicken breasts here are good. We get them by themselves. The tortilla soup here is worse than other locations for some reason. Tortillas and salsa are tasty.

Xmas Eve! I didn't think you guys would be open! Chicken never disappoints. Very flavorful and hot Fresh off the grill. Customer service on point; great suggestions by your cashier. Dining room was very clean and inviting to there, but we're in a hurry to go to our XMas eve celebration! Not sure what time you guys close, but Merry Christmas guys! See ya after new years!

If there's a healthy chicken option (not fried), just out of the grill, this is the place to go. At my age, I have to be careful with what I consume. "Can't have fried chicken as it's too greasy", my doctors says. Cooking at home has become difficult and time consuming, so this is my quick, don't cook it yourself meal. This is not the closest El Pollo Loco for me, but this Pollo Loco's chicken is juicier and taste much better than any other I have visited. The staff is very friendly and I can always find a clean table to eat at. I tried your two piece meal with a soda and a side of guac and chips; the best part, YOU GUYS HAVE FRESH SERRANOS! Went here to redeem my T-mobile Tuesday deal and I got the Chicken avocado taco and added a double chicken avocado salad. When I got there after 10am, it was already busy because they were packing for 2 big catering orders!!!! I ordered my food and had a little bit of difficulty on my end trying to add it to my app but glad I finally figured it out. My order came quick despite the 2 big orders ahead of me and the taco was actually pretty good, if you want a light snack this would actually be perfect. The salad was good as usual but I always like to add extra pico and avocado salsa to really make it better. This restaurant was nice and clean and employees were nice and efficient.

I came through the drive thru as I got a coupon in the mail. All of this food total was $13.35. Healthy and affordable!!! The double chicken tostada is my new favorite menu item. It is super filling and has great portions. They added a bunch of salsa in the bag and everything was wrapped to make it home (especially the chicken tortilla soup.) I like that they give you the toppings for the soup on the sad so it doesn't turn into a soggy mess. I also like that they put the dressing for the salad on the sad. Everything about my lunch experience was top tier for fast food. This is probably the best el pollo loco location ever

13 dollars for the same size as a BRC burrito that used to cost a dollar. If I'm paying that much it should be loaded. Then I pay extra to get chips and a drink. They give me like 5 chips. That was never the case before. They used to fill up the bag to the top. What the heck is going on? Do better.

I had a great service yesterday during lunch time they were busy but they manage to deliver great food and fast if you only have few minutes for lunch this is the place to go, they have a cashier for Drive thru taking orders outside I didnt get his name to mention here but he was very friendly and suggested me great options I really recommend this pollo loco!!
