Dunkin'

The staff here absolutely sucks and has terrible attitudes. EXCEPT the girl is blueish green hair. I really should have asked for her name so I could put it in here. She is the reason I am giving 3 stars not 1. Everyone that works here always ignores people and doesn't put the togo orders in the lanes for people to grab even when they are ready. BUT this young lady acknowledges everyone that came in to order or pick up. She was organized and remembered what each guest was waiting for. Thank you for treating people with kindness. The rest of the team that works with you should watch you and learn.

Iced vanilla latte with brown clumps that tasted like sour milk? I didn't report it to the store the first two times cause I gaslit myself. After notifying the store about this strange concoction, the manager offered a refund or a remake of the drink after 3 phone calls. Claiming it was hardened vanilla syrup. Pretty sure it was mold!

My Grandpa had a fabulous Veteran's day, thanks in part to this location of Dunkin donuts. We stopped in after dinner for his free Veteran's donut. The employee let us know there were not any donuts left, but she offered a muffin or donut holes. My grandpa picked the donut holes. She filled up the box! Such a treat. He picked blueberry and they were wonderful. I wish I got down her name, but she was friendly and I would definitely come back again to buy some donuts. The ambiance was empty, since it was later on in the evening, but my grandpa was treated like gold.

I love this location it's not too close yet not too far but I like their breakfast sandwiches and the coffee. Their donuts are good too but today I ordered the Blueberry donut iced coffee yum!! They are pretty quick here the drive through is quick at one point the food area was closed but the snackin bacon is the best if you haven't tried it. It's a sweet bacon with maple syrup or brown sugar whatever they use it's my favorite and I always ask for extra crispy!! Yum to donuts and coffee. I recommend this location the parking lot is not terrible but the drivers are lol!Have a beautiful day :)Aloha

I don't stop by Dunkin' often but when I do it's usually only for the Munchkins and any seasonal drinks they might have. This time around I ordered Jelly Munckins and the Cookie Butter Cold Brew. I will probably go a different location for next year's holiday drinks.FOOD The jelly munchkins were freshly made even though I got there around noon. They were good. I was so excited for the Cookie Butter Cold Brew, but it was mediocre. I like that it was not too sweet but the crushed cookies on top gave the coffee an awful texture. I'm not sure if the cookies were stale but it felt like I was trying to chew rocks. The cold brew itself and the cookie butter cold foam were good though. I would order this again without the crushed cookies on top. SERVICEThe customer service okay. They did take a while to prepare my order but that's normal at fast food places. I was more put off by attitude of the workers. They tried to rush me while I was ordering even though it was just one other customer in Dunkin' besides me. They were not busy with any mobile or drive thru orders from what I could see, so I don't understand why they were rushing. AMBIANCEThey have a drive thru that was not packed. The interior was not packed as well but I can imagine that both get busy during the early morning. The interior of Dunkin' was not clean. There was trash falling out of the trash can because it was so full. There was also trash on the floors and on some of the tables. The floor was also sticky as if a drink had been spilled and left to dry instead of mopping it up. They do have lots of seating space for customers and if it was clean it would have looked very nice.

Omg! Best experience here! I walked in to be greeted right away even though Macy was the only one working she made my night and works super well at her job and making sure everyone was cared for. My mobile order sat too long and it was my fault and she re made it and it was super nice of her and its such a great drink. I will be back, thanks for the warm vibes. Macy youre awesome! Said they didn't have any more food or donuts and litterally watched them dump a huge freaking bag of donuts in the trash. Woman told me I didn't have enough clothes on at the window. Are these things related. Unclear. #nodonutsforhonuts?

So I've been multiple times to this Dunkin because it's the only one in the area (the other one being in Villa Park but who wants to drive that far?).I feel bad because they're obviously just understaffed and this is not a reflective review of the staff. They all seem to be doing their best and I appreciate that. But the time it takes to receive your order has only increased. It's a miracle when I don't wait 20 minutes for my order (even though there's just a few cars in front of me). The coffee is always hit or miss, too. Sure, I use Dunkin solely when there are rewards/coffee deals, but it's so rare when you get a good iced coffee. Their tea is fine but that's all. I will say their croissants are good for the price. Really, the only downfall is just wait time because of how understaffed they are.

Quick service, and ordering is made easy with the self-order kiosk! The store is cute! I'm a fan of the iced coffee, especially the blueberry version

Not only is this place dirty and that they have a very limited selection, but the employees literally ignore anyone who walks in the door. I came here to buy some muffins (which are generally acceptable), and I was standing near the bakery section for a long time and no one would even say hello let alone assist with taking an order. After awhile I just walked out. My last time to even try this place. Sad.
