My parents approved their banh chung, which is made the traditional way with fatty pieces of pork belly to keep the inside moist. Keep well in freezer and ready to eat after microwave for a few minutes. Super tender sticky rice and fatty pork, melting in your mouth. Lots of fillings! Such a treat for Tet.

This is the place to get authentic Vietnamese sausages which is quite popular in Vietnamese cuisine. The sausages are made of pork or beef and are traditionally wrapped in banana leaves. They come in different variant savory like powdered cinnamon, black peppercorns, pork skin. The Small is $8:25 , big is $16.50 . My family love it Can be ship to all over In the US . Luna New Year's the line so long .

4.4 starsThis is the place to go for cha lua (steamed pork/ham in banana leaf), in plain or pepper, and cha bo (steamed beef in banana leaf). They only sell a few specialty items which also include the fried versions of cha lua/bo and nem (raw version of sweet, marinated pork). The prices are a bit higher than I'd like - $8.50, but their products are quite good. Service is a little challenging as my Vietnamese is extremely limited. Otherwise, my family and I always purchase in bulk because we give to family/friends when they visit or we travel.

Paid $64 for 2 bánh tét, and this is what we got. It's overpriced for this type of quality, too much mung bean, too little meat, tasteless and the mung bean/sticky rice weren't cooked well either.

I was trying to find a location to purchase cha lua (Vietnamese pork sausage wrapped in banana leaves) and this place came up on Yelp. I bought four cha luas for $30 which I thought was a really good deal considering how big and dense they are. They were still warm when I got them so I assume they were fresh and they were really tasty! I'll be returning here when I need more!

My family's favorite place to get steamed or fried pork rolls aka Cha lua or Cha chien. We buy so many during special celebrations and or holidays. They make it fresh and it's so good!

Duc Huong, famous among the Vietnamese community in Little Saigon for their gio cha. It is like a vietnamese sausage that Vietnamese eat. The prices are pretty high, but you the quality and taste of it is one of the best you can have. It is definitely my favorite gio place to go to! The lines can get kind of long especially during peak seasons like Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tet) time!

I almost don't want to review this place because I wanna keep it to myself. They sell ready made Vietnamese food. Most people go for their sausages, but this is where I go to pick up ca lau and banh gio. The ca lau is always consistently good and I find it to last longer than other places that make it. As for their banh gio, they don't stuff the meat inside. Instead it just sits on top in the leaf. But I love the texture of it here. It isn't too soft or too hard. It's perfect. The only things I don't like is that their prices are higher than most places. I still find it worth it and keep coming back.
