Divine Science Brewing, established in 2019, opened its taproom in 2022, offering a unique experience as a fully gluten-free brewery. Instead of using barley, they brew their beers with malted millet and rice, which is a more expensive process, but the beer remains reasonably priced. This innovative approach makes their offerings stand out, providing an excellent option for those seeking gluten-free alternatives without compromising on flavor.I tried the Third Contact IPA for $10, which had a bold bitterness complemented by a nutty sweetness, offering a taste distinct from traditional beers. The brewery also serves food, and during my visit, they featured a fish and chips special. The service was exceptional--personable, friendly, and engaging. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and took time to chat with each group, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The taproom's interior is cozy and inviting, with a dark, romantic vibe. It's family-friendly, featuring a television for sports games and a variety of board games. There are plenty of tables, making it ideal for small and medium-sized groups. With ample parking and a convenient location, it's an accessible spot to visit.I highly recommend Divine Science Brewing for its innovative gluten-free beers, friendly service, and welcoming ambiance. It's a great local brewery worth supporting, especially for those looking for something unique and high-quality.

Stopped here mid-weekish. Bartender was really nice to welcome us and introduce the various brews. The main grain brewed with here is millet, which is how they produce gluten free beer. I had never heard of gluten free beer before so when I saw that I had to give it a try. Was nice to learn a little more about how this happens. It is a little dark and cozy inside, which projects into the beverages. Where many breweries are going airy and bright, this brewery is forging its own path. It makes the place feel small and intimate, keeps the mood personal. They have a sample limit of 2 brews, but luckily I got to try 3 and found something on the 3rd (the samples are just enough to wet the tongue and it limits the ability to commit to one. Folks in the area who want the gluten free options are lucky to have this place with these on tap.For the most part the millet imparts a deeper flavor profile than wheat based beers, it seems is a heavier/flatter profile on the palette despite the carbonated aspect of the beer. I went for the "Blanca Nieves White" which drank like a 90s Pale Ale. One of the samples was a very dark ale "La Moreno" this was a bit overwhelming for me and if you like deep malted beers this might be your thing; as I tried it I wondered if it might be nicer carbonated on Nitrogen? Didn't lean in to another after trying the first, but left feeling like I cheated my fat storage system and not satisfied like traditional beer. This brew may take a few to get used to for traditional beer heads. One thing that needs to improve is the smell of mold as you approach the entrance. It is heavy and almost caused a turnaround before going in.

It's a gluten free beer place. People who come here either have a gluten allergy or find this place as a closest bar in the area. I think it's a good place to hang out after work with decently priced beers. I appreciate the table top games and the TV seems to always be showing something interesting. The place is spacious, clean, and in a quiet spot, so it's easy to have a good time.

Very small Cool chill brewery with good vibes. Seems to be busy with a lot of people who play trading card games. The Beer is decent for the most part, however, the beer is extremely overpriced for such a small brewery with not much to give for the atmosphere at $ 9.75, that's is an extremely overpriced beer especially for just a 16 oz. At 3 rounds of beer for $60!! no thank you. If I want to pay that much, I'll go to a commercialized brewery. There are better breweries in the area that offer better options for a much better price.

So this was a place I found because they had some gluten free foods. My party and I tried this place out and it was just ok, the beer was good though. We tried the gluten free pretzel and it was just not anything close to a pretzel. It had an odd bagel taste to it and a bad aftertaste. The dipping sauce didn't make it any better. We also tried the brat and it was also not great. So the only thing I enjoyed was the beer honestly. It was cool that you could order different sizes depending on preference. But yeah it wasn't anything special.

My husband is celiac in this place is a godsend. It was great to be able to walk in and order a flight without having to think or worry about anything. They also serve food, including fried chicken wings, which isn't something that he can typically eat so that was awesome as wellCute and cozy vibe - seems like a great place for a chill day

My family, of 4 got there 1.5 hours before close, walked in so excited to find somewhere safe for me to eat as a celiac. The bartender scoffs, and tells us to leave because she wanted to close early. Cant make this up. Yuck
