Ok hear me out... Seafood boil but make it ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT.Today I'm back at Destination Seafood House and they just launched their unlimited seafood boil that has all the seafood you can think of--crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, octopus, even LOBSTER, and...what everyone comes for, all the oysters you can eat!The staff told me they shucked more than 3000 oysters last weekend, and these guys are fat, meaty, and SO FRESH.And, what's even better, you know all those sides like street corn and garlic noodles that you have to order a la carte at other places? UNLIMITED here.Would you try this for $64.99?Thanks for reading! ^-^

So we drove over an hour to get here because we saw some food instagramer make a video of this place and made it look amazing. When we got there we were really excited! the place is well decorated and cute. But the service was terrible. There are only two people working front of house which makes no sense. How are you going to do ayce and only have a waitress and busboy? Took forever to get anything and we had to flag down them down just for them to come and get our drink order they were too busy with all the other tables I guess. Took about 20 min just to get water. We ordered the Louisiana broiled oyster platter and shrimp garlic noodles. The noodles came out about 40 min after we ordered them it all we got was luke warm noodles with 4 pieces of shrimp. Then our oysters came out 20 min after the noodles on a hot plate which is cool for the esthetics but not practical to eat because now oysters are way to hot to eat and are sitting in a pool of boiling oil. The oysters were so oily and salty not good at all when they were finally cool enough to eat.$70 for 16 oysters is a steep price to pay to have some very mediocre food and shit service.Ended up paying $120 for two drinks crap noodles and oysters. A total rip off! I will not come back again

Destination Seafood House is in a strip mall with a plethora of delicious-looking establishments. Conveniently, it's also next door to Krak Boba...lucky me!We found this place after seeing a reel on instagram and I was curious about it when I saw they offered AYCE seafood boil. Once we arrived, one look at the menu and I completely forgot my mission. There was a wonderful list of tasty Thai-inspired fishes, along with a good choice of seafood boil.My husband and I decided to order the spicy beef salad with lime juice, sautéed ONG choy, and one of the deals (3 choices of seafood boil, with sausages, potatoes, and corn). We chose 2 orders of shrimp and one of crawfish, with all the seasonings and medium spice. The Thai dishes came out first and YUM!!! I had one of the tastiest versions of spicy beef salad I've ever had. Full of beautiful spices, lots of tart from the lime, the beef was cooked to perfection, and a flare of mint flavor. It was absolutely divine. The ong choy was good, and paired nicely with the rest of our meal. But if we had it alone or with a different set of dishes, we may have been underwhelmed...it needed a little more salt. But with what we ordered, it balanced everything really well. The seafood boil...holy crap! I eat a lot of seafood boil. I've been to Louisiana many times, started gorging on Boiling Crab back when I lived closer to Alhambra, and try out various places at least twice a month. Destination is no joke! Epic flavor! It wasn't overly salty, it wasn't overly buttery...it was all perfect! The medium had a kick, but wasn't too spicy. I'll probably try spicy next time, but the medium was great and had enough kick to satisfy those who can handle medium in other establishments.I'm excited to try this place again, but with my daughter and son next time. They're pretty peeved that we tried a new spot without them . But next time, I'm staying on task and ordering the AYCE with lobster and crab!Just a little picky note- is there any way to scoot the decor in the front? A few other patrons and I had a tough time walking around it and we kept getting smacked, lol.

Definitely a destination you must get yourself too! Great food, laughs and atmosphere! We came here to celebrate my birthday, and this place definitely did not disappoint us at all! We missed the crowds, since we came while everyone was still watching The Superbowl! The parking lot was well lit and spacious. The restaurant is among many eateries and stores, but the decor makes it easy to spot and attractive! The entire restaurant is literally an influencer's playground or complete Heaven for selfie takers! You have cherry blossoms, paper lanterns, arches and so many picture opportunities! The restaurant is spacious and the seating was very comfortable. They serve much more than seafood and they have a bar!We ordered the AYCE Tier 2 platter which included: mini lobster tails, rock crab, snow crab, oysters, crawfish, octopus, shrimp, mussels, sausage, corn and all kinds of sides. About $70 per person.Seriously! The portions are humongous! We couldn't even do a second round......trust me! We have EATERS! The oysters were very fresh...loved the kumamotos! Perfectly chilled with an assortment of toppings! The seafood boil bag was literally filled to the max. The crab legs were meaty AND YUMMY. The shrimps were large and juicy. The mussels were on the smaller side and just a bit overcooked..the octopus was enjoyed by my hubby...the crawfish was on the smaller side but very tasty! The sauce was jam-packed with flavor but more on the salty side tonight... Which took away from THE BANG! Still yummy in our tummies! The side dishes were absolutely amazing! One of my daughters is not a big seafood boil eater, so she ordered ong choy and salt and pepper squid. Which she demolished and thoroughly enjoyed. The winners for the side dishes were the street corn and Cajun fries! The edamame were a bit too squishy but had a great flavor. Now, here is the best part! The service was spectacular! The service professionals were more than attentive! The food came out hot and in a short time. The demeanor of the team was welcoming and fun! Definitely added to the birthday atmosphere! The manager was beyond sweet and brought out a birthday fried coconut ice cream for me! With a large sparking candle when she found out it was my milestone BDAY! THIS iS DEFINITELY A PLACE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND and come back to! Just need to make sure that all of us are starving before arriving!

We saw advertisements of this restaurant on Facebook and Instagram, and they made it look so appealing. We ordered the fried quails and seafood salad from the menu. Off the menu, we ordered the baked seafood combo and the garlic crab combo. Here comes the verdict... The fried quails were very crispy, a bit salty, but the spicy dipping sauce was really good. The seafood salad was not what we expected. It was beautifully presented in a pineapple "bowl." Sadly, the bowl was very shallow and barely had anything in it. The salad was basically a bunch of red onions, carrots, pieces of sliced pineapple, microscopic sized squids, red clams, and 4 shrimp. This was definitely not worth $26.99!!!!!The naked seafood combo and the garlic crab combo were nicely flavored, but overly greasy. The crab tasted old, overcooked, and really dry. These 2 dishes were what lured us to the restaurant. We felt misled...For $29.99 each, the portions were really small! Definitely false advertisement, because they claimed to be the best seafood with the best deal in OC. Not true!!Overall, the only dish that we enjoyed were the crispy quails. Everything else was a thumbs down! The restaurant itself had a very inviting entrance. Service was just ok. Note, if you pay by credit card, they make you pay at the counter. I thought that was a bit odd. You'd think they would have the technology to ring you up and bring the receipt to the table for you to sign. It's a rare occasion that my dad agrees to go to OC with us, so we were sad that we wasted our time at this restaurant. Wish we had taken him to a nicer restaurant for a pre-Father's Day celebration...WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

I want to keep this place a secret but I also want to give them the kudos they deserve. Cake for the all you can eat. Got the tier 2 for $65. First round comes with 1 lobster tail, crab, and stone fish. You can order unlimited oysters on the half shell, shrimp, crawfish, and mussels. Service is amazing. The lady at the front is so nice and attentive. We got our order taken right away and placed each subsequent order quickly as well. You get a large number of sides with the ayce and they came out first. Oysters came out really quickly as well. Towards the end we realized they were closing and some of the shrimp were hard to peel but that was minor. Interior is beautiful with a gorgeous lantern display in the front. This place is great for large groups because of how their tables are grouped together. Didn't get a stomach ache after eating the food so I would deem that good quality.

This has been the go to for my friends and I when we decide to all get together for a girls feast. They have the best Happy Hour deals and platters but not everything is advertised so I suggest following them on IG to see what the new specials are each month. We've ordered off the regular menu as well but to really get bang for you buck, Happy Hour and the monthly specials is the way to go. We definitely leave here stuffed and happy. Service is great and the owner is so friendly!

How this place doesn't have better reviews is beyond me. GARLIC LOVER'S HEAVEN! Fresh seafood, AMAZING sides (the garlicnoodles and street corn 10/10), unlimited oysters if you do the Tier 2 AYCE option, and the cocktails are delicious! Tier 2 also comes with a lobster tail, stone crab, and baby octopus in your bag. The sauces and everything were so garlicky and delicious, and the female hostess was amazing! So sweet, checked in on us regularly, and you get free ice cream as well. Will be back and taking everyone I know LOL

Highly disappointed!!!!! We came here for a birthday dinner just to be let down. We got seated right away but it took more than 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by our server. After ordering, we waited another 20 minutes before getting waters and utensils . An hour after ordering our cajun fries came out..... as I understand that the restaurant was busy, fries should come out before the rest of the meal. We saw other tables being prioritized first with extras rather than us even getting our main meal. After another 20 minutes, the rest of our food came out. Everything was average at best, total came out to around $100 for everything pictured. Severs never apologized or mentioned anything about the long wait. Will not be returning.
