I got a couple of their entrees at the torrance farmers market. their mash potatoes are sooooo good. I wonder if they put mustard inside because it has little seeds like the type of seeds in whole grain mustard. Nevertheless, amazing. I cant wait to go try some other items.

The good:I discovered this stand at the Torrance Farmer's Market and tried their bread and butter. Their authentic baguette bread was SO DELICIOUS with only 4 ingredients (including water). It had the right crunch, airiness, porous interior and flavor. I toasted it at home and had it with their butter and it was simple perfection. You can find them at multiple different SoCal farmer's markets. The worker here was so kind and gave us the baguette bread for free! I'll definitely be coming back for more baked goods. I want an entire sandwich with that delicious bread. The bad:The butter was pricey at $12-14 (I can't recall the exact price). However, it WAS delicious. My mom reminded me multiple times "DO NOT COOK WITH THIS BUTTER. IT IS TO ENJOY WITH BREAD."The interesting:The worker here actually spoke French! What an authentic touch.

I had a high hope for their baguette, but their baguette was just average.. I guess my search for the best baguette in LA continues..

Having amazing fresh cuisine I'd say this was the bottom of my list. The bread was just ok, bakery also just plain, and everything seemed overpriced.

Best chocolate, almond croissant, inside, and outside France! I found this at the Monrovia Friday night, farmers market Street fair, which is the best in all of Los Angeles

Their food and pastry are the best to find outside of France...love their vegetable tartine, it's full of aroma from assorted vegetables...

Veronique and her husband offer authentic french cuisine at the Torrance Farmer's Market every Tuesday and Saturday. So far I've tried their pastries, soups, salads, tarts, quiche, crepe. They may seem pricey but you're paying for quality. My husband and I love their: croissant, pain au chocolat, feuillete epinard, quiche brie champignon and always have some in our freezer; these are delicious reheated in a 350 degree oven. The boeuf bourguignon is nicely seasoned and perfect with baguette and butter from Normandy. I enjoy baking and cooking and know my limits. I truly appreciate the food prepared by Delices du Chef and look forward to their cafe opening soon in Torrance. Merci beaucoup et bonne chance!

Probably my favorite spot at the farmers market in Century City. Their pastries are fresh and reasonably priced. And it reminds me of pastries I had in Paris. Really delicious.

Found this cubicle on Saturday only at a FARMERS MARKET in Downey next to the PORTO'S.. her collection is French delight really has me coming back more frequently to eat with anything else I buy.. like a latte with a pastry from here or simple ingredients like a great butter with her French bread. I ding it a star because it is a little on the expensive side.. but I've found myself more satisfied one day eating her food than a whole feast at a place like BLACK BEAR, for example.. if you're in the area give it a try.. just don't be to shock by the price
