Update: They resolved it!They did more than resolve things. I was honestly shocked at the sense of urgency and determination that I was met with upon management learning about the debacle that occurred during our previous interaction. I only came back hoping to have had things made right but was accommodated far beyond expectation on both the management and corporate level. I am not sure that I believe in a five star update, but given the effort that I witnessed it is only appropriate to leave just that. Thank you for everything. I really appreciate it. Five stars !

Plenty of parking spots, easy to order on kiosk, food ready quick, plenty of tables.The chicken tender tasted good it was evenly seasoned, ordered mild and medium-- they both tasted the same.. so not sure if it was human error and they placed the same level of spice... regardless, if the tender was either mild or medium the spice level was light so I'd definitely opt for a hotter option next time.Fries were good, and pickles were nice.

First time coming out to try the food and it was good. Flavor on their chicken sandwiches. Definitely get a few to share. The sandwich is bite size. They do have other options like tenders with all kind of spice levels. Service was simple and quick and location is good. Outside seating also available

Got the number 1 & 2 combo. They do not come with drinks. Drinks are $3 for the fountain.Solid chicken. Dave's always hits the spot. I like to ask for extra spread.Did the chicken shrink though? I thought they used to be bigger. Used to fill me up until I feel kinda sick, but now it's ok.

Tried out Dave's Hot Chicken in Anaheim, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of heat. So flavorful and satisfying!Service was friendly and efficient, even with a steady stream of customers. The ambiance is casual and lively, making it a fun spot to grab a quick bite.There's free parking, but the plaza can get pretty busy since it's also home to a Starbucks and Chipotle. Just be prepared to circle around a bit for a spot. Overall, Dave's is worth it for delicious, crispy chicken. I'll definitely be coming back!
