Food truck... First off.... i love mushrooms... And the Cremini mushroom Panini did not disappoint... The right amount of cheese and mushrooms Highly recommended

TL;DR Avoid if you appreciate well made food.This food truck has been frequenting Cypress College in the mornings since the campus cafeteria is undergoing changes. I stopped by for a sausage breakfast burrito, (eggs, cheese, and sausage). This was by far one of the worst burritos I've had. For $6 this burrito was sorely under-filled. To give you an idea, the tortilla nearly doubled on itself all the way around. Eggs were waxy and stiff in texture, most likely indicating powdered eggs and lacked any seasoning. Cheese was only half a pinch as it only hit a small section of the burrito. Sausage was literally only two links coarsely chopped. "--And salsa is on your right. Enjoy!"This was what the order taker told me as I saw only cholula, tapatio, and tabasco sitting on the sill. Like the trucks design, this food was so simple it lacked flavor, color, and any imagination. And someone needs to talk to the owner about this pan-Mexican food if it even qualifies as that.I get that they're trying to keep their overhead low whilst limiting quantities per order for a lower price point for their customers, poor college students. But you have to present food that shows your joy of cooking which I've yet to see. .

The roasted pork panini is my favorite sandwich. There's something about the pork, roasted onion and jalapeño aioli combination that is just scrumptious. The meatball sliders are amazing. I rarely meet a meatball I don't like, but Dahlia's meatballs explode with flavor every time. The Dahlia staff are always warm, friendly and helpful. I look forward to their occasional appearances at Artifex brewery in San Clemente.

I couldn't say nicer things about the food truck, the owner/cooks couldn't be sweeter! The food is amazing I literally hate arugula and I had the pesto sandwich with arugula and it made me love it the sauce it's cooked in is so flavorful and creamy, truly a gourmet experience on wheels! Plus the actual food truck is absolutely adorable with a faux Dutch door, shiplap siding, and the window looks like you're in someone's little kitchen. Very fixer upper vibes, I bet Joanna Gaines will add these food trucks to the magnolia brand soon enough!

I ordered the Chicken pesto panini and was unfortunately charred to a crisp. Chicken was pretty tough and chewy. I would have liked more of the pesto spread and flavor as well. However, when I brought this to their attention they offered to remake my sandwich and make it right! +++ Stars for going above and beyond for their customers. Thank you!

I had the chicken breast sandwich and added the Tillamook cheddar and Havarti cheeses. The sandwich was good and the staff was really friendly!!

I got the meatball sliders and they were pretty good. It comes with 4 sliders and a side of potato chips. The food was tasty but on the pricey side for the amount of food provided. The service was fast and friendly. I wish they had a more variety of drink options. The only option they had was soda and water and since I am not a soda drinker there wasn't much option available for me. The menu looked good, they had couple of sandwiches and salads on their menu but not a lot of stuff to pick from. I was hoping there would be a more variety of sandwiches to pick from. I would like to try other food items on their menu if I bump into this food truck next time. Overall, service was fast and friendly, food was pricey for the amount provided, quality of food was decent, and they need to have more options for drinks and appetizers on their menu.

We had this truck come for food truck ngt we do in our Neighborhood every Friday night. This owner was so kind and the food was so good, it was amazing. The food was delicious. This is an amazing truck and you won't be let down if you hire them to come to your event. We started doing food trucks for Covid and for our neighbors to get out of the house, everyone was overly impressed with this food truck!

This truck has very friendly staff and great menu choices! I'm vegetarian and the owner was very helpful at getting me a modified sandwich that would taste great and fit my needs. The (chickenless) pesto sandwich was amazing! Thank you Dahlia Eatery for giving a good lunch at a hectic workday
