Hi Alta Dena,I've been going to this Tustin drive thru for over 25 years.Address is;1064 N. Tustin St.Orange, CA 92867The older grey haired server is NOT trustworthy. He was there working January 19th, 2024 at 10:15am.He's made several mistakes with my many of orders in the past including lottery tickets. I also am suspicious that He's skimming money from your customers and can only imagine what he might be doing to D&L Dairy.A current reason why I am suspicious;Today the morning of January 19th 2024I handed him a $50 and asked for;$20 Mega $10 Daily Derby$10 Fantasy 5 This equaled $40.The 1st thing that made me really suspicious is he came back with the tickets and kept the $50.As you can see, I should have received $10 back plus the tickets. Once I noticed this I decided to get $10 of power ball and he made a disgusted face. After reviewing my Lottery Tickets I noticed he totally messed up my request.The 1st set of lottery tickets he handed me were;$20 daily derby$10 fantasy 5$10 Mega MillionAnd he tried to keep the $10 change.I confronted him and proceeded to ask for $10 Power BallEven though I received the Power Ball of $10 he was not happy and he denied everything. I know the owner and his family from way back. I request that you remove him from your company as this is not the 1st time I have had an unpleasant experience with him.Additionally everyone should have a name badge.Thank you for your assistance Sincerely Jim Watson EA

Are you a bachalor? Married with kids? Do you eat? If yes, this place may be for you!Sure, Costco has the big bulk items at a huge discount where your supply lasts a month. Yes, Vons has a bakery. Sure, some places accept coupons. This place doesn't offer any of that.This place offers 23 second drive up and gives me my milk and Alta Dena ice cream in a fraction of the time it takes me to park at the other places. This is a great alternative if you just need an item or two, are in a hurry and don't want to get out of the car. Sure you might spend a dollar or two more, but how cool is it to have a drive through store? Want gum? They have it. Bananas or Apples? They have it. Aspirin? Yup. This place is pretty much a little neighborhood market with a drive-thru. Easy, Quick, Fast!

Everything I need, I have been able to find at D&L. Ice Cream, hand sanitizer, bacon, eggs, orange juice, pork rinds...you name it, I found it there. My twin and I do not go into the stores or any place there are people. Mostly, we order in. But when we cannot find an item or need it right away...D&L is the place we go!The workers are extremely helpful, friendly and COVID-19 aware, as they always have on face masks and gloves.Thank you D&L for superior service!

I like this open air minimart. Lotto tickets too. Very convenient and safe. Good prices on dairy products. Conveniently located right across the street from the post office.

This place is great they have great customer service Always very helpful and kind when you pull up . It's nice how they are willing to help you when you drive up no matter what you are buying and with a great attitude as well . They also sell there dairy stuff at a really good price . They also have a lot of stuff here for when you need to just pick up something real quick . I highly recommend them this store is great !!

Soooo convenient!! They are super friendly, always ready with a smile. I mean you don't have to get out of your car, how great is that lol!!

I've been putting up with these people for quite some time now almost over a year they hired some new guy from India and the first time I met him he stuck his finger all the way up his nose and then he handed me the food I complained about him and nothing was done and then I went back there today Sunday and I wanted somebody else to wait on me but everyone was new, so I reluctantly gave him my order and again he was very rude and sarcastic talking behind my back to the other guy that works there.He also told me that they don't take debit cards for lottery tickets which is a lie because every other person there has taken my debit card he said he wouldn't do it and he refused to take it. Also some small talk I was asking you know just talking I want to win the lottery so he came back with this sarcastic comment that he has no time to watch TV he has a job and he works all the time, blah, blah, blah I'm working I said well if I was 20 years old I'd probably do the same thing inferring I'm lazy and he said all you do is sit on your ass all day and I said to him well you know I'm 63 and I worked all my life I didn't sit on my ass until my failing health caught up to me, so he's the problem I don't want to deal with them anymore I'm a customer, I should be treated with respect and there's no reason why they should talk to me this way. I had a problem with the manager too (so there all down with each other) who told me he had no time for me he wanted to go home and couldn't talk to customers because he was going home in a couple of minutes and he had no time to talk to customers was very rude.

I'm obsessed with this place. A gallon of milk for less than anywhere else and I don't even have to get out of my car. Seriously it's the best thing ever for people with kids!!!

Kids sleeping in a car? No need to go in just drive by and pick up the necessities!!

Good service! The guys who work here are very professional and caring. Family friendly. Very kind to my Grandchildren when they pick out candy. Love this place for a quick stop N pick up or to buy lottery tickets.
