Food and beverages were over the top, they got the genuine fresh Peruvian flavor you can't find everywhere and you can tell that their chicha and maracuyá is freshly made as well.As for the service, Karina was knowledgeable and friendly, definitely will ask to be seated in her section again! My favorite Peruvian restaurant so far!

Food was great. But it ws odd that even though there was only 2 parties during my visit. No one came to check if my party needed refills or to go boxes. After sitting there 10 minutes after finishing my meal, I got up and went to the register, asked for to go boxes, which they had to go to the storage area to open a new package. Then I asked for the bill, they said once your done just come up to the register and pay. They told me the bill doesn't come to you. When I got there. Parking was full and tight, so I parked in the neighborhood behind the restaurant. Also the chairs were more than uncomfortable. I might try their food again, if I'm in that area but I can go elsewhere for better service. So to sum it up. Parking - poor.Service - poor.Food - okDo I recommend this place maybe.Me personally, I'm not coming back!

Honestly we didn't even get to eat here but the way they treated my family the other night was insane. My mother in law called THREE hours before we got there to be sure we would have a specific table for a party of 6. When we got there, the table we requested was not only given to another party, but they refused to do anything to give us another table that was equal to the size and quality and area as the one we had specifically requested. I know it seems silly but imagine being told that you are going to get the table you requested, that will be big enough to seat your party, THREE hours beforehand, just to show up and there's nothing for you, AND they argue with you about it. My mother in law was very nice about the situation, she explained how she called ahead of time and asked for the table in the corner AWAY FROM THE DOOR. The only tables offered to us were the ones in front of the door that would not have been able to fit 6, or the table in the corner by the bathroom that literally only fit 3.... The waitress and two men at the counter (owners/owners relative) start talking about it and figure out that the table we requested was, in fact, reserved for us, but since the guy didn't inform the waitress of this reservation, the note that was stuck on the table for us was removed and she gave it to another party right before we showed up. When we asked if we can have the tables moved, they refused, they kept making excuses and not trying to figure out a way to help us stay and literally spend our money there? The whole reason this problem occurred was because they did not communicate and coordinate with their staff. They were extremely rude and difficult and it was heartbreaking because it was my first time at this place, I was looking forward to trying it! Thank god that happened though because we ended up at Higo's Chicken which is not even 10 minutes down the street and it's WAYYYY better in terms of the prices, quantity AND quality of food, as well as their customer service! We spent less than we would have here and it was so delicious and the staff were so friendly and nice :)

Stopped by with my coworkers earlier this week to try this spot and I'm so glad we did! Most of us were all quite new to Peruvian cuisine and wanted to try more of it so we picked this spot for lunch. Maybe it was because it was the day after Christmas, but it wasn't packed inside. They have a couple of tables for indoor casual dining so we opted to dine in instead of taking it to go. They have a wide selection of items in their menu but best of all, they have a lunch special menu. You'll see some Peruvian Chinese style dishes such as wontons and fried rice. There were too many delicious looking items on the menu so it took us awhile to figure out what we wanted to try. Portions are very generous here so we'll definitely be back another day to try out more items on their menu.|| L O C A T I O N / P A R K I N G ||-Cross Streets are N Harbor Blvd and Las Palmas Dr.-Located in the same plaza strip as Akafuji, Pirate's Kitchen, Furai Chicken, Egg Bred and more!-Small parking lot in the front facing N.Harbor Blvd side but there are more spots in the back. The only downside is that the back parking lot is not connected to the front, so you'd have to go all the way around to reach the back lot.|| F O O D / D RI N K S ||Ceviche de Pescado (Lunch Special - $14.95) - The lunch special comes with a canned drink of choice with daily special soup. I believe the soup we got was the aguadito de pollo and it was such a comforting chicken soup with rice. For complimentary soup, they actually included lots of chicken and rice. I needed something on the lighter side after eating so heavy for the holidays so I opted for the Ceviche. The white fish was fresh and I liked the tangy juice, which was packed with so much flavor, paired so well with the sweet potato and the lime cured white fish. It was such a refreshing dish!Lomo Saltado Empanada ($5.95) - I've never seen a lomo saltado empanada so I knew I had to try it out. Plus, I thought the portion sizes for lunch specials would be smaller so I thought I better get an extra something to satiate my hunger. I didn't end up eating this on the spot, but when I took it home to eat for dinner, it was still pretty good! The filling was super flavorful and I liked that the skin of the empanada wasn't overly thick.Chicha Morada - I almost mistook it for jamaica due to the similar color. My coworker decided to order a pitcher so all of us at the table could try it. It's a fruity and sweet drink with hints of cinnamon. It was quite refreshing!

When i say flavor! Flavor is awesome here, ive been to a lot of Peruvian restaurants and this one is up there in the 1/2 spot. All the food was delicious down to the fries in the lomo saltado. Service was good, the restaurant itself is small but it does takes little time for them to come and take your order and get your drinks. There is outdoor seating as well and i heard that you can make reservations as well. Not the greatest for big families that want to walk in and eat but i guess you can make the reservation. Lighting is great, music is going, along with Peruvian and Ecuadorian music playing in the background. Overall a very small place that packs a punch and i will most definitely be going back .

Unfortunately we had to sit outside in the cold, the heater was low on propane & did not warm us up. Not a warming first time . We ordered the Papa rellena 10/10 recommend as an appetizer. Also ordered surf & turf tallarin, lacked a bit in flavor,as the plate was watery at the bottom. The ceviche was well made in citrus lime juice, maiz cancha & sweet potato. Did not care for the Maracuya drinks we had, pretty sweet & not freshly made, you can tell. Also the green aji was so salty! No bread is served here, F. Y. I for those who are accustomed to having it at a Peruvian restaurant. You do get a complimentary tiny serving of those crunchy maiz cornuts!

The food was good and.the portions were huge. The service need more attention. No hostess at all, no greeting when walking in. I had to walk to register to ask what was the waiting time, we were the first party with 2 others right behind us, a 4th party walked in and just sat down while other parties were waiting. Needs to be more organized.

Hidden Gem Peruvian food. It's pretty good. We have been here few times. Service is a hit and miss but the food quality is good so we can give them a little slack.

Came here with my husband, son and baby after I saw someone on Instagram post about this place. I was looking forward to this place because I had been craving Peruvian food for a long time; sadly, it disappointed. It took about 45 minutes to bring out 2 dishes (Chaufa Salvaje & Lomo Saltado) as well as my son's kids plate (Pollo a la Plancha). I will say the portion size was HUGE; however, my Lomo Saltado was cold. I asked for it to be warmed up and after waiting 30 minutes and still no plate, I complained to the waitress. The waitress apologized and was very nice about the situation, she did not charge us for my plate or our drinks and gave us some cookies. However, by the time my plate came out my husband and son were done eating. We also had ordered an empanada that never made it to our table. I really wanted to like this place but I do not think I will be here again. I appreciate that the waitress attempted to resolve the issue but my overall experience was disappointing. The food did taste good though.
