Decent place for spring rolls on the go. Nem Cuon / Grilled Pork Spring Rolls (3.5/5) - Prepared the same way as Brodard - crispy wonton wrapper, grilled pork, and veggies. It's accompanied by the famous orange sauce, but the flavor is slightly lacking. The sauce is missing depth and is on the sweeter side. This is a good & cheaper substitute for the Brodard spring rolls. Bo Bia / Summer Spring Rolls (4/5) - Egg, Chinese sausage, jicama, carrots, dried shrimp, and Thai basil. Paired with a a savory & sweet peanut / hoisin sauce. Surprisingly I enjoyed this more than the grilled pork spring rolls. The roll is light and fresh - perfect for lunch without feeling heavy afterwards. Service is so-so. Ambiance is a to-go spot. Pro tip: Pay cash for an additional discount.Pro tip 2: Call & order ahead for quicker pickup. Pro tip 3: You get a free lemonade iced to with your order. Remind them when you're there (otherwise they may not give it to you).

They have good grilled pork rolls here.They also have several kinds of spring rolls.Not sure if they changed ownership recently but the rolls taste the same. Just different people at the front taking orders.I love their papaya salad. The grilled liver that came with it is so good.

My go-to spot for Vietnamese rolls! I always receive my food fresh and warm, their sauce is delicious. The staff is also so nice, I even got a free drink today!

Good and fresh cuốn nem nướng. Roll after you order so food is hot. Clear and simple menu, discount if you pay cash, variety of sizes and types so you can try them all. Quick service, clean place, no frill solid food to go place. They warned that the rolls are wrapped with plastic upfront. Very convenient for outside party but plastic or not, our generation will all die of cancer one way or another. Sad but true, haven't found a better alternative yet.

Mehhh, not great or bad. The nem could have more flavor, the rolls are on the smaller size however there's equal parts of veggie to crunch roll to nem.The sauce could have a lot more improvements for an elevated flavor.The quality of this is like picking something off the checkout line at Banh Mi Che Cali.

I have been eating here for years. I think this is the third time they changed the name. They have great nem cuon here. Much better than Brodard. The service is very fast. Why three stars instead of five stars? Stop increasing the price. It is ridiculous that 3 nem cuon cost over $8 now. I lost count how many times they have increased the price. I'd rather eat a bowl of Pho for 8 bucks at other places.

I decided to give this place a try because I was getting drinks at Ma Juicy a few doors down and eh, I won't be coming back. It was $10 (with the 5% cash discount) for 4 nem nuong rolls, which isn't bad. The rolls themselves were a good size and tasted okay but the sauce was suuuper thick and had a kinda shrimpy taste to it. Definitely didn't compare to Brodard's. The main reason for the low rating is that I found a hair in one of my rolls as I was about to take a bite. I dug through the rice paper to make sure it really was a hair and yup, it was long and really woven into the roll. Ruined my appetite.

Food is good and order day of and they were able to take in my request. Only thing is that I spent over $100 with them and they had a sign saying free lemonade drink. But wasn't able to provide any drink, so false advertising and didn't say if I could come back another day they would honor anything.

My daughter and I were in a mood for some Nem Cuon (grilled pork paste rolls) and found this new place that specializes in rolls. There are 4 types of rolls sold here:Nem cuon (grilled pork paste)Chao tom cuon (grilled shrimp paste)Goi cuon (spring rolls with shrimp & pork)Bo bia (jicama with Chinese sausage & eggs)The rolls are available in orders containing 3, 4, or 5 rolls, each individually wrapped to prevent them from sticking to each other. They are also available in catering trays of 40 or 48, depending on the type of rolls. They are perfect for any party and are sure to be a crowd pleaser! We ordered 4 of the Nem Cuon to share as a light afternoon snack and they definitely hit the spot! They were made fresh to order and even the dipping sauce was piping hot! They tasted just as good as the ones from the famous Brodard Restaurant, but cost significantly less. If you pay cash, you get a 5% discount, which was an added value!In addition to these rolls, they also sell fried chicken wings, fries, and papaya salad. These are available as individual orders or catering trays.As a grand opening special, you get a free lemon iced tea with any purchase.The place is set up primarily for take-out and there are only 2 small tables, each seating 2. There are also 2 benches.I look forward to stopping by next time I'm in town. This will be our new go-to place for rolls. Great taste, great value, friendly service, and no long lines! They take advanced orders so give them a call next time you have a gathering!

Food quality: average (for me personally less than average). No where near superior. You cannot compare this to the well known competitor (if you know then you know.). In fact, I bought two packages. Brought home, made rolls and ended up throwing half away. Yea, that bad. Btw, they sell the sauce for $8/pack, definitely not worth it.Glad I did not order it for shipping.
