Crumbl - Orange

I don't like leaving a horrible review but unfortunately I have no choice. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were greeted but then that was all. We decided to place the order on the kiosk as both employees were not coming over to help or direct us so we went ahead and placed the order. The girl that was making our order just seemed like she was upset slapping the box around and pitting our cookies inside. She handed it over to me after calling my boyfriend's name no thank you or goodbye or anything. What was most upsetting was half of the mini cookies we ordered were still cold and hard which is not normal for crumbl as all of them are usisally softLukewarm or warm or roomTemperature but for some reason three of our cookies were hard and cold. I had to let them sit for awhile so they would thaw out and then they became soft. I really am disappointed they're service is usually point and they're cookies are always good but not this location not this time service was way below average and cookies just wasn't a good representation of what crumbl is about.

Delicious cookies, easy to order on app. Clean store and friendly staff. Favorite cookie had to be the oatmeal.

I cannot believe what a disappointment this Crumbl location is. The cookies are very pricey as it is but when you receive a cookie that does not look like the picture that is shown advertising that cookie, I believe that it is, False advertising. Crumbl needs to do a better job training, their management staff as well as their employees. I have not gone back to this location since I received a false advertising cookie several months ago, my daughter recently visited this location and was also very disappointed. For the price of these cookies, they should be more aware of how the customer receives them. Crumbl can do better.

Sooo we go to this crumble cookie here and there and usually cookies are on point. This last visit we wanted to try the chocolate covered strawberry and the waffle cookie then we got 3 semi sweet chicken chip we got 6 cookies because my kid loves the semi sweet cookie those always hiiittt but unfortunately this time those cookies seemed over cooked or something. Just looking at them they looked very unappealing like they used the crumbs of the batter... additionally there was no salt on them. Very disappointed as we got 3 of what was our favorite cookie and now nobody wants to eat it. Usually these are crunchy on the outside but very chewy and soft in the middle.

Always great cookies, my kids are obsessed, we came twice in a row last week lol! We usually get the 6 cookie package, and in one day between my two kids and my husband and I , we can devour it in matter of hours

I went in yesterday and I ordered cookie dough and the pic on the website shows 11 mini doughs on top! When I got my order mine had only five and not like the picture at all! If I'm paying $5 per cookie I want it to look exactly like the picture on the website and if not this is bait and switch and false advertising! The girl who served me her name is Chanel! I asked my daughter to go in and ask if they made a mistake on this cookie! It looks like it's missing more toppings! She told my daughter that's how they come with only 5 mini doughs and one actually rolled off the cookie, she put it on top and told my daughter there's you're fifth! I wasn't happy with this reply so when I pointed this out to her she said my daughter lied! And she said that I'm being rude and that they have the right not to service rude customers! At this point I was extremely insulted and told her that I am the customer here and when I pay $5 for a cookie it better look EXACTLY like what's on the menu! And I told her she need to learn how to give good customer service and I asked to speak to her manager! As she walked away she said :"oh my God!" Knowing I can hear her! I said :"excuse me!!! Are you giving me attitude right now! Please call your manager" she then ran in the back and made me an extra cookie dough and had a lot of toppings (she could have done this from the start) and said this is for free for her mistake. I said I still want to speak to her manager so she gave me an email and told me her name is Chanel! I need Crumbl management to know how horrible this experience was and very insultive from their employee! This is unacceptable and she needs to learn her place and respect as well!

Cookies are totally undercooked. You can see. There's no quality control left in this place. If you look at the walls, the restaurant floor everything is filthy will not be going back.
