The customer service is very good - the girl who helped my kids and I was very sweet. It's located in a shopping center so parking wasn't hard. The store was clean and smelled delicious when we walked in. For the most part, I really enjoyed all the cookies we got this time!Peanut butter brownie - my favorite! It has a layer of peanut butter through the middle of the cookie - DELICIOUS!!Original white with pink frosting - always tasty I just wish it wasn't so cold when they give it to you, the warmer cookies always taste betterVanilla cookie with vanilla frosting - my kids favorite! The frosting is fresh piped and the cookie is served warm. They ate the whole thing before we made it homeStrawberry cheesecake - the cheesecake was good but very hard to eat. The graham cracker base was stuck to the paper bottom and the cheesecake part kept falling off the graham cracker part. S'mores cake - good but not very s'mores-y.

Updating my review because I went back for this first time and had a better experience. I had the chocolate chip cookie and it was very good. Moist, gooey and soft, everything you'd want in a choc chip. Maybe it's their more specialty cookies that aren't that great. I'd go back for just plain chocolate chip again. Service was very quick. They have self order kiosks now which is a nice time saver.

Ordered my birthday cookie and one other cookie from here and picked it up. They brought it out to my car and I was on my way. I later tried it when I got home and the flavors were not my favorite. Blueberry Cheesecake and Raspberry Lemonade were both disappointing. The service was great and I think I just picked two new flavors that were a flop, but I would still come back to this store to try other flavors.

Got a giant piece of "cocoa" in our cookie no offer to replace or discount anything. It was a horrible taste. Understand if it was pieces but this was a huge part of the cookie. Not great service.

I haven't eaten here in about 9 months, finally decided to use my free birthday cookie on the Confetti Cake for Crumbl's birthday week. I heard really good reviews about it and wanted to try it because it was a cake and not a cookie. The cake was great, very moist and confetti cake is always good with a nice buttercream frosting. I would definetely order this again, one of the rare "cookies" that is worth $5.

The service was on point. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the gentleman (maybe Brandon) couldBe wrong on name. But both guys were great at customer service. The ambiance inside was nice. AC was cool and fresh. They explained the cookies and their rotations. We got to eat a couple in their patio area. Lots of parking big plaza. Strawberry shortcake was my favorite. They rotate their cookies so plan ahead lol

Always happy with the cookies. Just tried the butter cookie today and it was so yummy. I love that they change up the flavors. It makes it exciting to know what's going to come out each week.

They were closed as always! No mater what day of the week they are closed. I waited to opening time 9 AM as I'm walking up to the door. An elderly couple walks up in front of me and put a sign on the door. stating they are closed on Sundays.Horrible.
