Costa Azul 17th St

Ordered a cóctel de camarón and ceviche de pescado. The cóctel was fire and had lots of shrimp and flavor. The ceviche needed bit more flavor but it was decent. Definitely coming back here.

I love coming here with my family! We are always served with kindness and attentiveness. The food is fantastic and always well made! So thankful for amazing servers that take care of us each time we visit. Plus they always have great music and a nice clean ambiance!

Came here with friends for lunch. Impressed on how clean the restaurant was. The service was amazing, the waitress was very attentive and nice. I ordered the red chilaquiles with carne asada. The chilaquiles had the prefect texture of crunch and my egg was cooked perfectly (over easy). The carne asada had a good taste and was tender. My friend who got the fish tacos said they were delicious! My other friend got the Aporriada (which is shredded beef with egg) and she too enjoyed it very much. Overall great food and great atmosphere, will definitely be back!!!!

The food is always fresh and delicious! No matter which plate we choose we are not disappointed. Staff are friendly and fast. I recommend this place! We go weekly for lunch some times twice a week.

A truly authentic Mexican restaurant with lots of seafood options. There's a good sized bar by the entrance, several big screen TV's throughout the place, lots of booths, and a few really long tables for big groups, which they do get a lot of here. The staff is great and the food is amazing, just like having a home cooked meal at my grandmas. The only difference is for entertainment on the weekends, they have a guy walk around singing along with a portable karaoke device. It gets loud during that time.This was my first visit here, and I very rarely have menudo so I had to go with that today. It's just a tad on the spicier side from what I'm used to, but just as delicious and flavorful as it's supposed to be. This soup, along with pozole is only served on the weekends. I did have a taste of the carne asada plate and it was so good. Perfectly seasoned meat served with a mound of guacamole, rice and beans with thick homemade corn tortillas. I'm definitely ordering that plate next time.

If you have been going to the Costa Azul on Fairview, Ive got some good news. This is the better Costa Azul. The service here is excellent and they have live music (not sure what days, but was there on a Sunday)I am a big fan of their refried beans and the complimentary consome and chips and salsa.One note to management, the bathrooms have a strong chemical smell that seeps out. Could probably be fixed by other cleaning products and a fan.

Authentic Mexican food in big portions can be found here. Guacamole salsa was amazing. Fajitas were great and the chicken was cooked perfectly, leaving it moist and not dry. Burrito was huge! Had to take home as key overs. Food came out quickly. The staff was attentive.

The food is soooo good. I recommend the Costa Azul molcajete. My brother has gotten the camarones a la diabla & molcajete & they were delish. The vibes are vibing and the man singing karaoke is so good and he's funny af. Service is awesome!

I got food poisoning me and my husband ordered una docena de oysters y en 24 horas ya estabamos en el hospital we had to get antibiotics and nausea medicine I really enjoyed eating here but after this I don't think we would go back never had food poisoning this bad please make sure you check your seafood and make sure it's on the right temperature

I will never go back to this place again had a Mexican seafood cocktail with oysters and I had food poisoning will be the last time I ever eat here....
