Absolutely recommend if you want to indulge in healthy, clean ingredients! Im on a strict keto, sugar free diet and AK gathered a bundle of goodies for me! My picky kids even enjoyed them.Appreciate her willingness to accommodate my needs and everything was absolutely delicious.

I really enjoyed the baked goods I tried from here.I found Baked by A.K. when I was randomly shopping at the Great Park Farmer's Market in Irvine. I was looking for the best organic pasteurized eggs and stumbled by her booth. We had a bunch of questions and she answered them all.I asked which was the most popular and she told me the Cranberry Crumble Cake and their Zucchini Chocolate Cake. OMG they were both so good. They were both very impressive. I am not on a Keto diet but I couldn't even tell! The Cranberry Crumble Cake had the best texture. I love the crumble part on the outside. The cake part was very moist and had fresh tart and sweet cranberries inside. I loved it. The Zucchini chocolate cake was also very soft and super tasty. I love anything chocolate and this was delicious. I wish I bought more from her.I liked that she was super nice offered to give us samples and even asked us if we wanted to take a photo of the nutrition labels so we can check it out when we were ready to eat them. I highly recommend if you are health conscious but still want to treat yourself. I cannot wait to try her other items.

My first vegan pastry was with Baked by A.K. Let me tell you that it's pretty darn delicious! Never knew eating healthy can be so YUMMY!My in-laws enjoyed the treat very much! My favorite is the banana bread :) Sesame cookies were my aunts favorite as well!Definitely a yes! For some healthy treat! Catering a yes as well! We can all start 2021 by eating healthy and spoiling ourselves with some cookies and bread hehehe (Never too late)!

I've been buying from baked by Ak since the pandemic began, i found her on brea buzz and absolutely fell in love with her pastries. She makes tahini vegan cookies that are to die for, her cheesecake that is keto is also so so good! I know there's a few farmers markets that she pops up at definitely try her pasties out.

My go-to for gluten-free treats! The keto cheesecake is my jam and I also really love the zucchini chocolate cake! I usually get my fix at the Great Park Irvine Farmer's Market, but I also pop in at the Lake Forest Farmer's Market on Wednesday for a midweek pick-me-up! If you have a good sense of humor, give her Instagram a follow! She is always sharing other markets, and other vendors that are probably as delicious as her items!

I discovered Baked by A.K. a few months back as I was aimlessly wandering around the Great Parks Farmers Market. I was intrigued by her Keto and Vegan offerings, my in-laws eat Keto and have difficulty finding pre-made items - especially desserts. She has a really cute set up and has clearly marked offerings for the day of which are Keto and which are Vegan. I think my first dessert I purchased from her was her Keto coffee cake. I couldn't tell you what it tasted like because for 1, it was scarfed down by my in-laws before I had a chance to try. And from then they were hooked - I am now instructed to head out to the farmers market to bring home some new goodies each weekend. Each of the dessert is sold in a single serving in a nicely packaged container. She really stands by her product offering samples to ensure her customers are happy with their product. I remember one instance where she was telling me about a new donut she had just created but she wasn't happy about how they looked and so she didn't want to sell them just yet. I have also special ordered items from her in the past. She is super easy to get a hold of - I generally communicate with her via IG and you can place orders to be picked up at the Farmers Market. She is super responsive and very easy to work with.I believe she also sells at other locations throughout the week - I stay updated with her via IG. A few things to note:- She accepts a variety of payment methods - cash, credit and Venmo! Which is key especially since I could not tell you where my wallet with cash is if my life depended on it..- She has seasonal items (pumpkin pie around the holiday was a huge hit with my in-laws!)

Baked by A.K. is just fantastic. There's a heavy emphasis on vegan baked goods and even though we aren't vegan, we do try to eat as many vegan foods as we can. Our family also consists of some real baking snobs, so trying new baked goods tends to get done through a more scrutinizing lens.Vegan or not, these are simply delicious scratch-made baked goods made with a real artisan's touch. They're quality. And for those ardently non-vegan types, the non-vegan baked goods are equally delicious. I really like Baked by A.K.'s versatility and variety, and honestly everything I've ever tasted has been first class.Here's my picky daughter giving one of Baked by A.K.'s Christmas cookies the thumbs up. You have to understand how picky she is to fully appreciate why her thumbs-up means so much, LOL!

My first experience with Baked by A.K. was exactly one year ago. I was blown away by the texture of vegan, gluten free baked goods that were both amazing in flavor AND texture. Since then, I've seen the menu expand and more options revealed. A testament to the quality of these delicious treats!My absolute favorites? The Vegan Tahini Cookie and Vegan Tahini Flourless Brownie...and I'm not normally a fan of Tahini unless it's hidden in hummus. lolWhat I love most is the availability of options for vegan, gluten-free, Keto and traditional. This is not a bakery where you can only get something for one person but have to shop a million others to please everyone in your family. Super yummy and convenient. What more could you wish for?

Baked by AK is a baker who specializes in traditional, vegan, gluten free, and keto. I had the honor of trying her baked goodies including the chocolate chip and tahini cookie. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. Flavor profiles are tasty and don't rely on butter and sugar.For those that haven't tried tahini before, I'd say the taste is similar to a peanut butter. Overall...I think most people think a dessert that is gluten free, keto or vegan won't be tasty but AK proves that's not the case. It looks like she carries a wide range of desserts for any occasion and best of all, a wide range based on dietary restrictions. I believe she does direct to public at farmers markets and does wholesale orders too!
