My dad had heard mixed reviews about Com Tam Sa Bi Chuong so we decided to come try it out for ourselves. Menu is pretty limited to Com Tam (broken rice) or Bun (vermicelli) and a few salad options. Food comes out within 5 minutes of ordering. Bun Thit Nuong - Cha Gio - Bi ($15): Vermicelli noodles with one egg roll, grilled bbq pork, shredded pork skin, fresh veggies (sliced cucumber, lettuce), pickled daikon+carrots, green onions, and fish sauce. Generous portion of food for the price! The bbq pork was a tad on the sweeter end so it paired nicely with the pickled veggies. I took a bite of the com tam as well and it's essentially the same but just swapped out for rice instead of vermicelli and comes with pickled cabbage and side soup.Price point here is great for the amount of food you get! Take out boxes are $0.15 cents each.

People really like this cơm tấm establishment, however the stars of the dish - the sườn + thit nướng - didn't quite do it for me. They were just kinda large and in charge. I ordered the cơm tấm thịt nướng bì chả ($14). This is the broken rice rendition with bbq pork, shredded pork skin + egg cake. I also ordered a separate piece of tau hu ky (+$5).So, if I could, I would just order a plate of all their sides - the bì chả and tau hu ky. These were all very good. I especially liked the tau hu ky. It was meaty with a perfect crispy, tofu exterior. The meats were not meat-ing. It was too meaty with no amount of char. I prefer a smaller cut with a charbroiled taste. It was fine, though not my favorite cơm tấm thus far.

There were plenty of open tables when we arrived. They decided to seat 7 of us at a small around table in the back. Half of it was bench seating and there were 4 backless stools for the other half. Great menu selection. They had lots of drink offerings. We ordered a Thai Tea and a Passionfruit Juice. For food, we ordered a pork chop plate with shredded pork skin and egg cake, another pork chop plate with shredded pork skin and salted egg cake, pork chop plate with egg cake and a fried tofu skin with shrimp, 1 bbq pork plate. All of our food arrived before our drinks. The plates were really klonky and plastic. They had no weight to them so it was quite difficult to knife up our chops. They were obnoxiously big and barely fit on our small table. Food was ok. I prefer quality over quantity. They gave huge pieces of pork chop and it was 2 per order. The egg cakes were ok. Dry. Pork skin was ok. Dry. Service was ok. My mom asked for scissors twice and never got it. They were not busy either. Their parking is shared plaza parking so it was a nightmare to find a spot. Overall, it was ok. I won't be coming back.

Cơm Tấm Sà Bì Chưởng is located in Westminster just north of Mile Square Regional Park. They specialize in cơm tấm also known as "broken rice" which is essentially rice with your choice of protein. They also offer dry noodles but if you look around at other tables you'll see that most if not everyone else orders rice.We ordered the com tam with BBQ pork chop ($15) and the BBQ beef ($16). I really liked the texture of the rice as I could taste every grain. Between the pork and beef I preferred the pork but both were good. They both particularly tasted good with their fish sauce dipping sauce which was both sweet and spicy. The portions were big and we were stuffed at the end of the meal. We didn't care for either the shredded pork skin or the egg cake, but we liked the pickled veggies that balanced out with the meat. The food also came out blazing fast! After we ordered we waited a little bit until we got our water and then right after our food arrived. This is a no-frills place that hit the spot for us.

Popped in here for a quick com tam fix. We were seated quickly. Service was prompt and quick. We ordered the com tam suong nuong which was quite tasty, and the portions were gigantic and great value. Only knock is that there was no thit nuong available for dinner so we didn't get to try it. Interior is spacious, not cramped, and they did not play the music too loudly. Outside parking is easy with a big lot shared with other stores. Will be back to try more.

This place is my guilty pleasure and my favorite place for Cơm Tấm. For a decent price for one 'serving', I can get enough for two, even three meals. Really bank for your buck carbs and protein. My favorite is the Grilled Chicken but you can't go wrong with the Grilled Pork either. So juicy and grilled to perfection. Just enough 'burnt'-iness just how I like it. All the dish just lacks is a little more veggie.Service is extremely efficient. Helps if you know a little Viet and are proactive and adamant in getting the things you want, as the place can get veryy busy.

my mom is the toughest food critic; and that is because she is an amazing cook. So when she makes it a point to take me to places to eat, i know I'm in for a good meal! This location did not disappoint! We went around 5pm for dinner and seated immediately. Service is quick and efficient. They have booth tables lining both sides of the restaurant with some tables near the back to accommodate larger parties. We both ordered the com tam thit nuong. Big portions and balance flavors! They have a promotion right now when you order 2 plates it is $12.95 each.

Food is great, as it always is! Service is great, as it always is!It's a chill atmosphere, plenty of seating. They're open on Tuesday, which seems to be when we all want com tam. Lesson to other com tam restaurants in the area. ;)

I came here on a Friday evening around 7:30PM. It wasn't too busy, so we were seated immediately. They took our orders quickly. The server must have misheard us, as they forgot one of our dishes, but we didn't have to wait too long for it to come out. We each ordered the com tam. I ordered the com tam suon bi cha trung muoi (broken rice with BBQ pork chop, shredded pork skin, and egg cake with salted egg yolk). It was such a BIG portion; I was shocked! It was about $15 and it was definitely worth it, as it was super filling and I had enough leftovers to pack it to-go for my lunch tomorrow. It was delicious! I like that they give complimentary dessert at the end too. The only thing that I didn't like was that when I asked for nuoc mam to-go, they said it would cost 25 cents?! The nuoc mam was good but not THAT good lol.

Best Vietnamese food in town! The grilled chicken plate I ordered was tasty and had a variety of sides that came with it. The soup was delicious, the egg patty was great, the sauces veggies were amazing, and the chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The waiter even brought a small complimentary taro and coconut dessert at the end! 10/10 would recommend. Will be coming back soon.
