We came here to pass some time. It is a pretty large space. We were greeted right away and provided suggestions. When we sat, we were served complimentary in house made almond cookies. They were delicious! The service was great and the coffee was also very good.

We went to a late lunch Friday. The place looked old, run down, fairly busy, about 50% occupied with 2 large groups sitting at long tables. Tables, chairs and floor looked cheap, old and scuffy, like low-brow take out places. The hostess was busy chatting with her friends at a table. No other wait staff was seen. She quickly handed the menus then went back to her friends. Bo Ne was $24, too expensive. The $13 Bun Rieu Special was not on the menu. We tried but could not raise attention from the hostess to inquire about the menu, we decided to bail.2 old, unkempt women, in old tattered clothes, looking like filthy homeless, were sitting at 2 tables near the entrance, eying everyone. One had her cart full of junk parked right outside the door. While we don't judge people by their clothes or appearances, they must be clean to go in restaurants. They disgusted me. I would never want to dine in any place where filthy people hang out. The owners/managers have the right to refuse service to anyone not suitable for their business. They should have refused service to these homeless people. They should be invited out to homeless quarters to eye their fellow homeless.

I think my mom found this place on Facebook or something so she was really excited to go. It's a pretty cute cafe/restaurant but we went on a Sunday and it was very crowded, loud, and stuffy. They had a live guitarist-he was pretty good, but the noise kinda beat out his playing. Anyways, the servers were very friendly, but the service took sooo long. My dad got restless and my mom was in a bad mood by the time the food arrived. I forgot to take pictures of any other food, but I ordered the garlic noodles with steak and eggs. I would say it was maybe a 3/5-steak flavor was good but on the chewy side, the garlic noodles were not very garlicky and were overly cheesy? Not your classic garlic noodles. My parents both got bun(noodle) dishes that they felt were so-so. I think they also got a pork dish that was ok. My husband got french toast which he of course enjoyed (I took a few bites and it was nice crispy on the outside french toast with nice fresh fruit on top). Other items we shared-Xiu mai (meat balls and baguettes) 4/5 - very yummy but only 3 per order for $13, kinda on the small sideBo kho (beef stew) 5/5 - the beef stew was the best I've tried, the meat falls apart and practically melts in your mouth. Iced coffee 5/5 - strong but sweet!

Stumbled upon here randomly. I'm pretty used to very typical Vietnamese spots where the standard for service is different, but this place seems to try to be more modern so I feel like the service should be as well. I wouldn't say they were that attentive, and our server (possibly the manager/owner) had airpods in the whole time.My hu tieu beef stew was just ok, I would say. Didn't particularly stand out to me and the beef is mostly tendon. Same with the drinks we ordered, not bad, but didn't stand out.Store is pretty open in terms of ambiance and nicely decorated.

An affordable restaurant with good quality food, great friendly service. We ordered the Bun Rieu ( $12), and the "4 Món Ăn Chơi cuốn bánh tráng" to share - the special dish was $24 and also came with complimentary Jasmine tea that was fragrant and piping hot. Just the way I like it. The special came with 4 different types off meat: fish, beef, pork and shrimp paste. All the meat selection were good although my favorite was the beef because it was tender and so flavorful. We also got durian ice cream as a dessert. Service was great, they messed up our drink order but was really sweet. We were splitting the durian ice cream three-way so she brought three little cups for us which was so considerate and thoughtful. This place is so cute! Love the decor, very bright and inviting. Good place for meetings, do some co-working space or just to grab lunch to catch up with friends.

I really enjoyed the mon cuon dish here! The pork, beef, shrimp cake, and fish cake were all delicious and very flavorful. I just wish it was a little less greasy, but overall a great dish! They also provide plenty of rice paper and veggies to make spring rolls with the meats. The pennywort/mung bean smoothie we ordered was also delicious. It tasted very fresh and flavorful. Our orders came out quickly, and the service was very friendly. I would recommend checking this place out!

Place was a lot bigger than expected and has the potential to be a great study spot honestly with a large drink menu, nice music, free wifi, and plenty of seating. We came for the food though and it wasn't great. Came during breakfast time and the piece of steak was very small and very wet from the sauce around it. The fries were barely salted. Banh mi was decent but they don't use a whole loaf, they cut up a longer loaf I think and use it to make multiple banh mi. We ordered two plates of the banh mi dac biet and they were very different sizes. Didn't try any of the drinks but the menu looked very diverse so will need to in the future.

The food is super amazing & amazing atmosphere & service. The cappuccino is amazing & the ham & chess omelette is the best you will ever taste. If you also like sweet pair it with French toast. Then you will have the best of both worlds.

Coffee Factory has been around for a couple decades and a staple restaurant in Westminster. They are open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon. They offer a wide variety of drinks and Vietnamese food items. The restaurant is open and clean. They modernized a few years back and it has a great feel. They offer outdoor seating with umbrellas for those wishing for an outdoor experience. Their staff is no nonsense and helpful. We had a breakfast and steak with fries. We also had a few of their specialty teas. The breakfast was good and had a European vibe. Their bread is amazing! The steak was decent with lots of flavor and yummy mushrooms. It's a great place to sit outside and enjoy a drink and chillax a bit.
