The banh tieu was not that great. Wanted to try some of their other prepared foods, but saw some flies swarming around so decided not to.

This place has a lot of authentic Vietnamese food and they have the intestine to eat with the porridge. My parents always buy stuff here. If you buy togo, you have to wait for at least 15-20 minutes. The line is always long.It's very hard to find parking in this mall. Customer services is okay, not too great.

I liked my #2 porridge alot (pork sausage and gizzards)... IMO it's a winner for the large size $10, they definitely give you lots of gizzard goodness, yum yum. My wife's abalone porridge I think was NOT worth it, not much abalone unfortunately. The egg rolls presentation was great but was NOT hot and crispy, so assume they were not freshly fried, lose points on that one. :(They charge 75cents for cup of water, FYI.

Hit or miss. Just get the long and be thui. They charge $2.50 for a sesame donut while other places charge less than a $1. Ridiculously ripping off customers on various items so make sure to check your receipts or their list prices

I came here and got chao long and bun moc. In the past I've been here to get chao long and banh canh and bun Rieu too. I think it is okay. I think the best thing to get here is the chao long, lots of things they put inside the porridge at this location! Service is as fast as they can be, but they are very friendly! Does help if you speak Vietnamese, as in most of places like this. I think food here is okay, if you want a quick fix to satisfy your cravings this is the place.

I could see why this place has such low reviews because it isn't the most cleanliness restaurant. They have really good porridge/congee with intestines. I've been going here for years, maybe like the last 15 years with my parents. The prices are reasonable and although it's not the prettiest place, the food is really good! I love getting the penny worth drink too. Their ginger fish sauce is good with the intestines. We always stop by whenever we're in SoCal here!

Decent Cha Oc, Cha Hue and Doi Sa. Service is as expected of a typical asian food to go places.

I ordered 2 chao long 2 banh quay and 1 be thui from them at around 7pm. I don't know if it is because I order at night so the food turns out no longer good like during the day?!?!The intestines inside Chao Long all are sour. Their "doi" smells like they're using the one from at least 3 days ago. Then with their Quay, I couldn't even chew it, it's like I'm chewing gum.Finally, the be thui is still frozen. Seriously? Is this just me or this is the way the be thui should be?!?Nothing I could eat for the entire order. I never left any review on Yelp until this. Just a terrible experience.
