I consider it good CLUCK to find a hot chicken place I like, which was why I was so glad I finally got to try @chicksonfire_la after seeing their pop-ups at Foodieland and other food festivals in the Bay. They finally have a location at the @costamesakitchens ghost kitchen concept, where you can try their signature hot chicken sandos, chicken tenders, and loaded fries! I was pleasantly surprised at how CLUCKING tender and juicy their chicken was while having the most crispy and perfectly fried outer coating, and I would highly recommend their chicken sandwich, which features the most decadent and flavorful buttermilk buns. It's a must try!!! Chicks loaded fries!The combination is just perfect! Their juicy chicken with seasoned fries plus refreshing coleslaw. Don't forget to get their extra homemade sauce!

We ordered through door dash so it's hard to comment on the service or ambiance, but it was very simple to order through the app! We really enjoyed our meal tonight, so good. Our go to is Dave's Hot Chicken, but this was so much more juicy, crunchy, and flavorful! The mild isn't that spicy, so, I'd probably go with the medium next time.... but still fantastic! Definitely would come again.

I had followed chicks on fire since a couple years ago when they are doing nightmarket stand,and yess finally i got a chance again to get their chicks jumbo tender with medium spice level at their new location @ costa mesa kitchen.. highly recommended due to their deliciousness and juiceness!! Thank You for the good food..

Ordered it out of curiosity at first, food came in quick and warm. Those chickens were amazzinnggg. Shout out to chicks juicy sandwitch, don't underestimate this lil bad boy

Chicks on Fire is amazing! Had the rice bowl and the flavor was out of this world. There sauce is better than those big chains and the food prices are extremely reasonable for what you get! Can't wait to try more of the menu!

Love the crispy and tenderness of the chicken, loaded fries is too die for, sauce was also really good. Nothing to complain at all. Its true to the name the chicks are on fire!! So good if youre craving for a crispy chicken. Will not dissapoint
