Love my chicken sandwich!This place just got a great up grade to their drive thru, nice two lanes and nice shaded area for the employees with heaters and fans for all seasons!Always had great customer service at the location Always a pleasure to visit

The food is of high quality, and I think the prices are fair, given the consistent freshness of the chicken. The ambiance conveys a positive work environment, resulting in an enjoyable experience, even when drive-thru lines are lengthy and wait times can be somewhat long. The service is friendly, and orders are generally accurate.

I love that I get no delivery fee added on top of the other fees. I personally hate fast food because it upsets my stomach and always makes me feel incredibly awful however Chick-fil-A does not. The service is quick and they are always friendly. I would definitely order for delivery again.

Since the store and drive-thru just finish a major update, I think it's time for an update my review. (OK, really, really bad joke there). Seriously though, the location just finished a major remodel. The drive-thru is way more efficient and actually has a nice cover over a large section of it, keeping the employees in shade and out of the rain when it does. Inside was the biggest change though. It looks like they shrunk their dining room so they could flip the order counter and make the kitchen, prep area bigger. With that, it honestly doesn't feel as cozy as it used to, but it's OK.I can say, since the remodel, I haven't had to wait very long in the drive-thru like I did before. Nor have I skipped the drive-thru all together, parked, and placed a mobile order to walk inside to get my food because it would be faster. The big thing is their food has remained the same. I visit this location a lot as it's super close to me and they have rarely screwed up my order. That doesn't mean I still don't check it before I leave, but considering the volume of people that go through here, that's impressive. The employees are still, for the most part, very pleasant, but I can honestly say that I've never encountered a rude employee.

Came in and it was busy as it would be at 12pm. Extremely hectic. My brain was exhausted and I had 5 people to order for. Jessica at the register was soooo polite, funny, and patient as I confused myself with the orders and at one point her haha. Thank you Jessica for being so patient with me even through the hustle and bustle of the afternoon rush. One other thing, she wasn't just patient with me she was so sweet to everyone that came through her register. Not enough people like her.

They don't have macaroni here available until 10:30 in the morning and that's the only thing my one year-old likes to eat from this place so he didn't get to eat. Both Chick-fil-A in Tustin offer macaroni as soon as they open. One star.

I'm currently sitting in this Chick-fil-A, I ordered my food from the counter, and went to sit down, when the food came to our table, we noticed a large fry was missing, I went to the counter, receipt in hand, and asked for the large fry from a worker behind the counter who promptly went and told someone else. That person came out and said, "hi, I personally packed that tray for you and know I didn't miss anything from that order." I said, "are you saying I'm lying or trying to steal a fry? Come look at the tray, we haven't touched the food, we're missing a fry." He came over to verify he was right, he saw the tray of food and said, "oh, yeah, I meant to put the fry on a different tray because it wasn't all going to fit on one." He returned to our table with a large fry. Then I went to go ask for more sauce, apparently the policy is two sauces per item, but we had large fries and 4 count chicken strips. The person at the counter said, "you can't get any more, you're at the limit." I asked if I can buy more, she said that I couldn't and would need to buy the sauce bottles. I've been coming to this location since 2009, when Larry would come out and talk to the guests and the workers were nice. now it's completely changed. I will not return to this Chick-fil-A.

5/4/24 8pm Received the wrong items, grilled nuggets instead of crispy. My bad for not checking. Got home and had to turn around and drive all the way back. They interrogated me like I was trying to pull a fast one or something. Asked me over and over where my receipt was (I paid cash and didn't get one) the food I brought back was still super hot. Asked me several times the exact time I came, order name, and contents of the order and total cost.....Girl seemed super anoyyed, and nobody ever once apologized. Waited a super long time just to get the correct nuggets, they spent a bunch of time grilling me about my order and where the receipt was. (Paid cash I didn't get one and the guy who was taking payments was still there and remembered me) Not a single apology, acted kinda rude like I did something wrong. I remember back in the day even if they make you pull forward because food wasn't ready they would apologize and give you a little card that said "free meal on us". The old chick fil a ways are pretty much gone.

First day open. Staff was flustered - but in a good way! service was great - friendly crew - order filled properly. Food all hotFries are Soooooo goooooood!Chicken was crispy and not oily or soggy (sorry KFC - your reign in orange is over!)Sides are good - but I go for the chicken. Biscuits are very dense. Might have been overcooked. Drive thru is long so it should keep traffic off the street!
