Clean, clean, and I mean Clean. That is what I like. Theemployees take pride in working at this location. They place flowers on the tables, will come aroundand clean up your used items, or they will refill yourdrinks for you. The service is better than a lot of restaurants in the area. They upgraded the take out drive through. This is a showcase location for Chick-fil-A. The bathroom are too small for how many people go to this restaurant. The high school kids who frequent the place can get too rowdy for some of who like it quiet, however, this is a great place for lunch.

This is the worse Chik-Fil-A ever. They've gotten my drive-thru order wrong three times out of the last five-six times I've gone through the drive-thru. It's almost like they're trying to get it wrong. What made me so mad to write this review is that they got my order wrong today after they told me to pull forward. It's pouring rain. The girl hands me my order and runs back. I look at my order and it's completely wrong. Only one of the four item is correct. I have to park and go inside in pouring rain (the main reason I went through drive-thru) and it still takes many minutes to fix my order. If you can, stay away from this location. Unfortunately it's the closest location to us. So I guess, we just won't be having much Chick-Fil-A in the future.

Update 5/28Here's my ice cream. Melting as I wait for my food after I've already wiped down the sides once. Yep, they prepped the ice cream first. I asked for a napkin so I could wipe down their counter. And then waited. And then asked for a bag because they were still melting minutes later when my food was finally ready. I was offered a paper bag?? I had to ask for plastic so it wouldn't leak all over my car. Was offered an apology but really? Their timing is always off. Orders aren't ready when promised. Ever. Corporate should pull some data points and help this operator out. Lots of staff, some with nothing to do. Seemed unorganized per the usual. This store operator must not be engaged - I can't imagine any business owner letting performance like this slide.2023: Let me start by saying we eat at CFA once a week. Crazy work and sports schedules, we are a fan of this chain. This location, however, is a poorly run franchise.So disappointed by my latest visit - the franchise operator was there by the way, and made no attempt to interact. Placed a mobile order at 11:37am on 5/30/23, arrived and then waited over 20 minutes inside the restaurant for it to be prepared.For some reason it didn't come through on their computer so they never started it even though I initiated pick up through the app. That must be why so many other people were served before I was. Take it home only to find that there were no sauces included for the nuggets or sandwiches. My salad was missing the dressing, toppings, and utensil. Because we like condiments, I called the restaurant back to let them know I was coming in to get a new salad as it had now been 25 minutes since I picked up my order.Nobody on the phone apologized to me, and when I arrived nobody apologized to for me having to come back due to their mistake. Only saying that it was my fault that I somehow did not ask for sauces. I then asked, well the salad comes with dressing, doesn't it? Was given a new salad and dressing as ordered, but no apology. Just very poor customer service, so many locations to choose from, I will not be coming back here. If you're out and about in Irvine, avoid this one.

This was the best chick-Fil-A I've ever had. From the service to the quality of the food. A+. Older gentleman there treated me like I was a guest in his house. So amazing. I wish I lived closer I would come back here daily for that generous service. Idk who was back there making those fry's but damn they were good. Salty, and had a crunch. The place was clean and ambiance was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. 5 out of 5.

We love the Chick-fil-A organization as a whole. But there is only one branch that we have consistently had poor service. And it is this branch. We once met the operator here, Jarod McBride. He is super nice, but he is not always here. There are a few nice coworkers. But there are a few that just make the whole culture here really stink. Nancy is one such employee. Hopefully you will never have to be served by her. Customer is NEVER right and subject to guilt trips for refills and promo redemptions.

Ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich using the app for carry out at 9:30pm. The restaurant was not crowded when I arrived but somehow had to wait almost 10 minutes. I did not complain but the employee was very apologetic and told me they were still making my sandwich. When my order was ready, the friendly employee handed me my order and said she added a free cookie for my wait. Thanks for the cookie! This is how great service can make a customer happy despite having a longer than expected wait.

Absolutely terrible experience. Simple request for no cheese on my burrito could not be fulfilled in a timely matter. Imagine going in to anaphylactic shock just because the manager is too careless to read your order back. Also I asked for extra salsa and they didn't even bother to put some in the bag. Stay way! You're better off going to McDonald's at least the care about your experience.
