Clean Cool Good service. The best restaurant that's extra close by. Simple menu and quick service. Kids loved it they gave us free ice cream!

Good place, very friendly service. Super casual. Korean dishes with a fusion twist. Be forewarned there are numerous dishes and options listed here on Yelp (and even on their own menu) that they no longer serve, they have simplified their menu. Look for a recent version of their menu, not older photos. Interesting tip: We ordered the tteokbokki "mild" for our young son and it came out looking completely different than their usual spicy version... and it was outstanding! More like a soup with plenty of vegetables added.

The food here is good and tasty with portions that are pretty decent. Its location is strange but with that makes for a great place to get Korean food in an area that doesn't have a lot. Walking in the host/server told us it was authentic Korean which is strange in the sense that nobody really asked but good to know. The service was pretty good but they don't have a lot of staff so it was tough for her to promptly serve us I guess. I would say overall it was satisfactory.The ambiance was interesting and decor I would say it definitely feels a little cozy so to each their own. They did also give us some ice cream for free though which I really appreciated too. Overall I did like the place.

**This place is NOT KOREAN**To me, taste is all that matters. I gave a shot since the ads on instagram mentioned "authentic Korean." Sadly, taste is nothing like Korean. If you are looking for an authentic Korean food, this is not the place.The restaurant is mocking Korean. I don't mind that there is a Korean restaurant operating by non-Korean owner; however, if you like to say 'authentic', you'd better work on your food. Seriously.

Amazing food! Great customer service by Monse she was super friendly and sweet! I absolutely recommend coming here. The food tastes like as if I traveled to Korea!!!

I found Chew Me from yelp and wanted to check it out since I was craving Soft Tofu Stew. It is located in a sketchy area in Garden Grove with tight parking as there are many things in the area. It is a fusion restaurant of Korean Asian and Mexican. Service was so friendly and kind. Price for the items wasn't too bad either. You can definitely taste the fusion portion. The rib soft tofu stew and the beef plate were pretty good.

My husband picked this spot today and it is so welcoming ! The owner was working and she was so sweet and gave off such a good vibe. We ordered the #7 galbi stew and #12 k-popcorn chicken.Both dishes were sooooo good! The galbi stew was so deep in flavor and super rich paired so well with the dipping sauce and a bowl of rice . ( I will be back just for this )The k-popcorn plate was full off items, rice, fries, chicken, and a salad, all was very yummy.We also ordered a strawberry smoothie and it good, had the perfect amount of sweetness.Oh and the banchan was really good too !

Everything we had was phenomenal. In my humble opinion, this is the best jajangmeon I've had in all 3 counties. Banchan is also quite legit. I'd recommend this place to anyone who knows good Korean food. And they top off the fantastic service with free soft serve! We are already planning to come back next week.

1. I love the presentation of the k-popcorn chicken! The Galbi Stew was delicious, and the meat easily fell off the bone! The fresh juice was definitely refreshing!2. I came here as part of a stop after some activities nearby. Even though the rest of my day was full of fun and games, stopping at Chew Me was definitely an excellent way to finish off the day. I think everyone who has a chance to come here should do so. Even if you're going a little out of your way, it's really worth a good time.First off, the food is pretty good. We didn't have to wait so long to be seated the day we came. There were some other people eating and the place isn't too big but a spot opened up right away. We ended up ordering a few dishes and were amazed by how generous the portion sizes were. Somehow, it's still the right amount as we didn't have so much left over anyway. Secondly, the service is pretty good. We had a few different waitresses and it seemed like one of them didn't quite understand our order or mistook some of our instructions. I had asked for a soft tofu soup - not spicy but ended up getting a spicy one. We also wanted the beef broth soup but it never came. There was some confusion and misunderstanding. But the manager/owner corrected it right away because she really wanted us to try the dish we ordered. Even though we had to have it as take out, it was still pretty delicious when we got the chance to sit down and eat it. Lastly, it's a pretty family friendly place. Sure, it definitely seems like a family owned business and that's a plus. But our family really liked the high chair the place had. Our child is pretty adventurous and loves to find ways to climb out of the usual high chair places have. But this one was just snug enough for her to be secure without losing any comfort in the process. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely love to try this place again.Hope that helps!
