I came here for a quick bite while visiting the outlets of orange. Plenty of parking available. The store is small so you might miss it but it's next to the Jamba Juice which is easier to find.I ordered a large california chicken sandwich which came out to about $13 after tax. It was basically what I assumed to be two small sandwiches which was more manageable than trying to eat one giant sandwich. The chicken itself was hot and well seasoned and paired very well with the cheese. I needed a little more kick to it so I helped myself to the hot sauce they have out for diners. It definitely took it up a notch. The veggies tasted fresh as well and were much needed to not be overwhelmed by the chicken. I wish they had a variety of bread to choose from as I felt their standard bread was a little boring. Not sure if it was an option but I wish I had gotten my sandwich toasted as well. There was no line so my sandwich was ready in a couple minutes. The service was good enough. I may be back another time to try out a different sandwich if I am in the area, but don't think I would go out of my way to do so.

I love Charley's! I actually only come here for their gourmet French fries. They are so good with cheese and bacon bits. I customize them from the original way and substitute the cheese sauce, with shredded cheddar cheese. It doesn't get melted, but I can't do the cheese sauces...lol! I am a rewards member and they have a great deal this month for BOGO fries! It's less than $5 for one, which is less than the titled "Americas favorite fries." I would much rather get these fries any day over that fast food chain.

I always loved the classic Philly cheese steak at Charlie's but OMG! They launched the chicken wings and it was so good! 5stars totally recommend and even better than Wingstop!

The service was alright, but it was a very quick in and out experience. To start off the ultimate fries had ranch and cheese. The ranch was good, however the cheese had a very strong taste which didn't mesh well with the fries. The original fries, however, were really good! It was warm the entire meal and was cooked to perfection. I got the bacon cheesesteak. The bread was good but it was pretty bland and needed more sauce. I recommend adding on onions with this cheesesteak to make it more savory. This is a place you come here if you are starving and looking for something quick. Surprisingly, instead of Rubios (across the way), our son wanted a cheese steak sandwich, chicken, of course (and as if he didn't get enough chicken at Knotts). This was our last day in CA on our recent getaway, week of October 10th. Our son's at the age when he can eat a regular adult size meal nowadays.It had grilled onions, it was cheesy, it was a good size. And he enjoyed it. But then again, he likes all things chicken. It was under $8.00, and came with fries. Hubby said it looked good (check out my pics). Many tables inside. The cook is right there, so, you can see your food being cooked. There were quite a few customers, mostly getting takeout. It was lunch time so there are a few options nearby. (There is one in town, and maybe we'll check it out.)

My experience was much like the previous reviews about bad customer service. This place is staffed with what felt like high school wannabes with bad attitudes. The details of our experience were sent to the complaint website listed in previous reviews. I really hope corporate looks into it. In a nutshell, the taste of food was good, accuracy of order was not good, customer service was terrible, likeliness of returning is unlikely.

I just left, first customer. They didn't cook my sandwich as I requested. I told them the whole time I wanted it burnt. I paid my money to request how i want my food. The lady Cook didn't adhere to my request. The whole time, I said, "I want my chicken crispy." Is that even real chicken? It doesn't look like real chicken. I didn't eat it. People don't listen. They just don't listen. I am highly disappointed in the way they cook. I didn't even have teriyaki sauce on my sandwich. I got chicken teriyaki.

I ordered a Original and some bone in wings. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. It was so bad I threw it away. The wings were mediocre at best. I would never ever eat there or recommend it to anyone. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the don't have negative stars. Just horrible.
