We tried the fresh lemonade and the ube milk tea. Both were delicious and we could adjust the sweetness level. Fresh ingredients, clean, and friendly staff. There's lots of drink options and customization options on the menu. A few tables to sit and hang out.We also tried a bubble waffle that smelled and tasted delicious. It was made fresh for us. Will definitely be back to try more options.The coffee with ube cream looks really good, too.There is a $4 drink special M-Thurs.

I was meeting a girlfriend for a pedi and noticed the grand opening sign for this shop - and a boba tea sounded like a great idea so I stopped in and I'm so glad I did! Seems that this shop recently opened a week and a half ago. I received a very warm greeting with a smile when I walked in! I met the owner Tina and she introduced me to her sister - they were so friendly! They had a really nice selection of bevvys but not too many where it's overwhelming! I was torn between the peach tea and the peach lemonade and decided to have the tea. It was nice to hear that this tea did not have added sugar and the sweetness was from the peach fruit bits.I really enjoyed my tea - the sweetness was perfect, especially since I don't like my drinks too sweet. I'll definitely drop in again - especially before going back for another pedi. I really want to try the peach lemonade next time especially simce they freshly squeeze the lemonade! Sounds delicious!

I am always excited to find new boba spots. This new spot that I passed by looked like it had some great flavors. We were immediately drawn to the ube and tiramisu flavors. I really appreciate the fresh and strong tea flavor. I am a fan of the tiramisu flavor, it was well done. The ube was definitely more subtle and I wish it were more pronounced in the drinks. I did like how simple and clean their aesthetic was. It is a smaller spot but there is parking in the main lot and extra parking in the rear. This is more of an order and go spot, definitely not for groups larger than 4 for the seating.There is definitely room for improvement with customer service. I would have given this spot a 4, but the confusion with my order and the availability of toppings is what contributed in significantly lowering my rating. It's a new spot and I know they are still working on their system. But I would return to try other tea flavors.

So happy to find a place sell bubble Waffles in Orange. Came to get one to try and it's so tasty! Right amount of sweetness, warm, crispy outside and soft inside...exactly how I remember what it tasted like growing up. Can't wait to come back to try their drinks...saw some interesting drinks and matcha.

Stopped by to get some Boba and ended up ordering the waffle. I'm very picky with boba and hands down this is the top 5 on my list now. The waffle is also amazing. The service was very fast and the vibe was good.

Amazing tea and boba spot in Tustin. Had an amazing Thai tea during their happy hour. The owner is so friendly, she let us sample a few other flavors and they were all great. Tried a one of a kind flavor - Lychee Dragonfruit slushee very unique!
