New owners! Great service and drinks! Mango pineapple smoothie: fresh fruit and not too sweet! Perfect for this sunny weather. Vietnamese coffee: not overly sweet and coffee focused. Perfectly balance for my husband. Definitely will be coming back to try different drinks!

Chaplus is a cozy spot to sip on boba and great for a chill hang out date.What We Ordered:- Strawberry Nutella Bubble Waffle: Sweet, tangy strawberries paired with creamy nutella and a crispy bubble waffle--dessert perfection!- Mango Pineapple Smoothie: Tropical vibes in a cup-- a refreshing drink if you are looking for a non milk tea option. We opted for 25% sweetness, and that was perfect.- Brown Sugar Milk Tea: Creamy, caramelized, our go-to classic!The staff here is super friendly and helpfulOverall, I'd have giving this spot a 3.5/5 but the staff was super awesome, so I round this to a 4/5 star. When we went, the boba was a bit under cooked, but we're willing to try again.

A Great boba place eventhough there was only one person doing everything. Still, he tried his best and service was two thumbs up. Lychee drink and waffle was just right! I ordered less sugar and he made my drink very well. Waffle was made to order and it was delicious . You can add toppings if you like . The place was chill and music was not loud . It was my first time to be back here after a very long hiatus of not visiting this place. I noticed that this place has different vibe the last time I was here but in a good way! Maybe new owners perhaps? All in all , I will come back and try other drinks.

We decided to try ChaPlus Modern Tea Room in Laguna Hills. The waffle, chocolate and strawberries and etc. was absolutely delicious. Really cool vibe, and service here as well. I really didn't expect it to be this good, but it was! It hit the spot in many ways.

Was craving an afternoon strawberry matcha and I swear I couldn't find any other place still open at 3pm that offered it in the area! Thankful to have found this cute milk tea spot that offered it!

I got the strawberry slushy which did not have much flavor but my brother got the Lychee Dragon Fruit which was amazing!

The strawberry Nutella waffle was so good! The owners have really good employees as well. I'd move down to Laguna just for this spot!!! 10/10 would recommend. The owners are so great as well. So cool

Smells delicious inside with the bubble waffles. Nice and clean with good amount of seating room. Anime playing on TV. And service was awesome, had good recommendations! We will be back.

Yo I've never had a better strawberry waffle!!!! Classic Thai tea and favors like the passion fruit slush were both amazing!! No doubt the rest of the menu is delicious. Cute place, great parking, nice people and service. The place for boba for sure.
